I am impressed with the quality of this small dish. You wouldn't believe the number of things I've baked in my small oven. I've found that the tempered glass is almost non-stick with the addition of shortening. Egg bakes are flawless. It's also the perfects size for small casseroles split between two people. It's easy to clean and cook with, being clear, you can see how your entree is doing with little effort, not to mention, that heat radiates through the glass into your food easily for even cooking from top to bottom. The quality of the product rivals name brands at a fraction of the cost. It's also very easy to clean and care for. You owe it to yourself to have this in a drawer somewhere and bring it out often.

A quality dish! Very, very pleased. So much so, that despite the price (for me a senior!) I bought two more! Just the right size, ergonomical, easy to clean, just put right in the dishwasher. Works perfect in M/W too.

Very good. Heavy clear glass. Made very well. However the lid does not fit flat and squarely on the bowl, but rocks very slightly. Good enough for my usage plans. Good for 2 to 4 servings I believe.

I mainly use this to steam veggies in the microwave. I take out anything in a "microwave safe bag" and dump it in this dish to microwave instead since I'm not comfortable with the idea of cooking my food in plastic. (A recent study has shown that heating food in a plastic container is a major source of microplastics in our diets.) You don't need to add water to cook veggies this way, the moisture in them will be enough to steam them. It takes a few minutes longer than the bag says, but not by much. Peas, green beans, frozen corn, summer squashes, etc. cook well this way. I like that this dish is flat on the bottom. I have a very tiny kitchen so I like that this dish is useful for other kitchen tasks and sits solidly on my itty bitty counter space. I also have arthritis in my hands and this dish is an easy size for me to handle, clean, and store.

The glass is beautifully clear. The dimensions are as advertised. In summary, the dish is a delight to use.

This casserole is perfect for one. I liked it so much I just ordered another one. Solid casserole and can go in the dishwasher.
