Due to a medical issue, it was necessary to buy this pillow and as I have always slept on my side, I was in great doubt as to whether I could adapt to sleeping on my back. The foam itself is great. My only complaint is the case, it seems to attract dust and pet hair. I wish I could buy a second case so I could swap them out.
