Great for Backpacking
Hands free drinking at its best! This was a game changer on my recent back packing trip! I use trekking poles and always hated having to do something with the poles just to try to drink my water. This was perfect! I purchased a strap pouch, so it road right on my left chest and was in reach for my sipping as I was hiking. Easy to fill and easy clean.

Worth the convenience and warranty!
I tried this product as a recommendation from YouTuber, Nahamshe. The convenience of having the straw, encourages me to drink more while backpacking! And since I use trekking poles, it’s a convenient hands-free option that keeps me moving on the trail!I also found a small pin-sized hole in the product that was causing minor leaking. I reached out to the manufacturer for the product warranty, and I received the replaced item within about a week from submitting the claim (which was super simple to submit)!

Une flasque sur deux défecteuse, sav d'amazon poussif !
Une soudure sur une de mes deux flasques a lâchée 3 mois après achat (et 5-6 sorties max). J'ai fini détrempé lors de ma sortie et le produit est évidement inutilisable...Le produit est garantie "lifetime" par Hydrapak... Mais amazon tente de s'affranchir de la garantie légale d'un an (même deux maintenant ?). En effet, la fenêtre de retour est fermée (elle dure un mois) et dès lors c'est très très compliqué de les avoir à ce sujet... (Leur adresse mail serviceclient@amazon.fr est une boite poubelle visiblement, zéro réponse).Après une longue recherche, je trouve un chat ou enfin, j'accède à un "vrai" interlocuteur... Après 20min de discussion, il me dit "ok mais le produit n'est plus en stock, on vous rembourse"... Le produit est pourtant bien marqué "en stock"... Par contre je l'avais acheté 14,5€ et il est maintenant à 18,99€... Mais rien n'y fait, je n'aurais pas d'échange, juste un remboursement... 4,5€ pour ma poche !Bref, un sav très très laborieux et perfectible !Concernant le produit, il est top (quand la soudure tient). Bonne contenance, ouverture large très pratique...J'ai repassé commande pour 4,5€ de plus... Un défaut de temps en temps, pourquoi pas... Mais si je dois avoir un nouveau souci sur ce produit, je rééditerai mon avis...
