Amazing Customer Service!
We bought the 10 foot trampoline as a gift for our 3 year old. It is a nice looking and very sturdy trampoline. It was easy assemble with the provided instructions, and they even threw in a "happy birthday" banner. We used the provided wind stakes to attempt to protect our trampoline from damage. The instructions specifically stated they weren't rated for high wind, but we hoped they'd fair okay. We had an insane wind storm where I live, and as the company warned, the stakes couldn't hold up. I reached out to the company to see if I could possibly buy replacement parts for what got damaged in the wind storm, and they replaced the whole trampoline!! The customer service is unmatched. I recommend them to anyone buying a trampoline!

Great product and customer service!
We purchased the Jumpzylla 14’ trampoline for our kids, and they absolutely loved it. It was easy to assemble, felt sturdy, and the kids had a great time using it for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, a strong windstorm hit our area and flipped the trampoline over before the additional ground stakes (which I had ordered separately) even arrived. The damage was significant, and we were so disappointed.I initially reached out to Jumpzylla’s customer service to see if I could purchase replacement parts for the damaged components. To my surprise, their team was incredibly understanding and helpful. Even though they weren’t obligated to do so, they went above and beyond by replacing the entire trampoline. Their support turned a frustrating situation into a truly positive experience. What really sets this company apart is their outstanding customer service. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared.Highly recommend both the trampoline and the company behind it!

Sturdy, Fun, and Safe – Perfect Backyard Trampoline!
The JUMPZYLLA 12-Foot Trampoline is an excellent choice for outdoor fun! It’s well-made with a sturdy frame and an anti-rust coating that seems perfect for lasting through the elements. The enclosure net is secure, giving peace of mind while my kids bounce around. The included ladder makes it easy for them to get on and off, and the size is just right for both kids and adults to enjoy. Assembly was straightforward, and the quality is top-notch for the price.

The Perfect Trampoline
This was a gift from Santa to our daughter. Santa started putting it together around 8:30pm and finished around 11pm. This was Santa's first time putting together a trampoline, and it wasn't hard at all. It probably would've gone faster if Santa was putting it together in the daytime instead of with a flashlight! The instructions were very clear.I'm really impressed by the quality of the materials. It's super affordable. All our daughter wants to do is jump and come up with fun games to play on the trampoline. The net is really sturdy (it's saved me numerous times lol).We went with the 16ft option and there's plenty of room. Bounces great. No problems at all. Highly recommend 👍

Good trampoline
Easy to put together. It looks great. Great for small children. But, they don’t make anything like they used to anymore. It’s definitely not the sturdy trampoline parents remember when they were kids.

Quality product/ Excellent customer service
Buy this one you won't regret it! This is an awesome quality trampoline and customer service is top notch.. We held out for a couple years when our kids started asking to see if it was just a phase. It's just that you see everyone trying to give away and old rusty trampoline all the time and everyone told us "once you have one they'll never use it, they weather quickly, bad investment since it doesnt last"- Wrong. Purchased as a christmas gift 2022, setup june 2023 a now its year later so offering a thorough review here. The quality is awesome, the powdered finish on the metal rods really helped with any signs of weathering, rust etc. after a full year of unforgiving PA weather it still looks brand new..no sun fading either and we purchased solid black. The reason for my customer service review- we had ours setup for about 2 months last sunmer and a massive storm came through. A huge section of our neighbors tree fell directly on the trampoline. The size of the tree could have easily crushed anything in its path. It landed directly on the net in between 2 of the poles and the net actually held the tree up off the ground !! The netting itself sustained no damage as in tears etc, but due to the weight of the tree the upper curved poles did bend inward and one of the fiberglass rods broke that slides in the top of the net ( it had direct contact on impact so im not suprised). Talk about a strong quality made product!!! My 1st thought was ( well, other than being furious because it was brand new and this wasnt the 1st time we had issues with this tree that isnt ours) but if it can hold a huge tree off the ground we'll ok thats actually great I'm now 100% sure it will hold my kids inside when thry are flipping around!!! We waited all summer but our neighbor failed to follow through on promise of replacement - it wasn't that huge of a deal once the tree was cleared we bent the poles backward & made it work for the remaining usable months last year- the shape of net didn't look pretty and tight because but other than that it still appeared and functioned like new. Fast forward to this spring- we started looking into purchasing a whole new trampoline ( still jumpzylla of course) - to my suprise you can buy replacement pieces Jumpzylla has a catalog on their website you can choose piece by piece and they are reasonably priced too. However, I was not able to locate 1 item- the fiberglass rod that slides in the top of the net between the poles. So I reached out to their customer service team before buying an alternate name brand replacement ( mind you this is a year later) 1. For claims that say customer service doesn't respond - they do!! and very quickly via email. 2. I explained the situation : needed to buy a replacement fiberglass rod not available in the catalog etc etc and the reason why. They asked some questions about how the damage happened & what pieces were ruined. I was very upfront with the fact we purchased in December 2022 and its now June 2024, I sent a few photos of the damaged parts, the tree that fell on it and within 2 days ( 3 emails later) they shipped me all the pieces and covered it under warranty!!! If that's not superb customer service- and not even just because it was free but because they communicated in a timely fashion and were more than willing to help ( It was only supposed to be a 1 year warranty) ok- a couple pointers1. In the late fall ( october-ish) we did remove the upper pieces of the trampoline ( padding over springs, mat, springs, padded poles) to store for the winter we figured this would help with longevity it doesnt take long to put the upper portion back on.2. The net section can be a little tricky to lace on initial setup the directions really dont explain how much tension but avoid making it super tight or you will run out of string halfway around the trampoline and have to unlace it and start all over ( its a pain in the butt) , be sure that you see a small gap between the loops and the net.the net shoukd not be flush with the trampoline mat. I'd safely say leave a 1 inch gap.3. I do agree with the review I read about the fiberglass rods being a pain to get in because they have no " give" they are really hard and you will need 2 people for this more than any other step in my opinion- you have to try to bend a solid rod to a slight curve to slide it in the holes between 2 t connectors on each section at the top of the net- However, after seeing a tree fall on the trampoline I can appreciate the fact that these are has hard as they are and the fact the net is so durable too.
