This is made of a strong but pressable material. It works by using your body weight while lying down. You can use while on the floor or on your bed. It comes with a good instruction booklet Very easy to use! First use took about 5 min to slowly get used to the device and each area took a few min to release tight muscles. I’m overweight so i began very carefully. Areas used on: behind the neck, mid back, lower back, behind the lower hips, under knee, under upper thigh Chronic back pain from sitting at work disappeared. As did knee pain. I feel more like my limber self. With recurring stress, I needed to repeat the treatment for aches, but my long time pains did not return. I realized just how much a negative work environment affects the body over time. Highly recommend.

I have had some level of pain and difficulty with standing since the 80’s. The pain has typically radiated from the sacroiliac down the right leg. I have tried a multitude of treatments, therapies and pain relievers. Some have helped somewhat. But nothing had the dramatic impact of using this Zeenkind Psoas Release Tool. I can’t tell you how long it’s been since I have had a pain free day, and in the last few weeks I have had many. Also, when I do experience a flare-up, relief is significant and fast as soon as I use it. I am thanking God that He led me to try this.

Horrible, returned, does not do anything.

I am73 and have a lot of lower back pain. Today it was trying for a 10 in pain, then remembered this, I just got it. So, laying on the bed, positioning the tool, the pain seemed to shoot up, it is like laying on a rock. Lol. But laid on it for a sec, and pain literally was letting up😯. I was able to relax, let my full weight rest on the pressure knobs, then rock side to side slowly, letting other pressure knobs push into hip muscles. Didn't take the pain totally, but it brought down. So plan to use it more often and see if it will help manage it. So worth a try. The knobs aren't as 'squishy" as the video shows, but laying on a bed, that eases up on the intensity to start. So worth the cost.

Hope this review finds you all well. Being very active and suffering from lower back and hip strain pain. I decided add this tool to go with my stretching exercises and to my other massage products. Only had it for a few days and do notice a difference. I chose this brand over others as its made of Silicone which is a bit softer than the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate hard plastic ones . Yes, it will take a little time to get used as it did with the shiatsu pillow, thera cane and massage wand. Just follow the simple instructions. If your sensitive to these products, IMO I would first consult with your Dr. or therapist as they all take time to get used to.

This is not really good for your back except laying on the floor as the picture shows above. I wish I would have tried another more flexible product b/c I needed something while sitting in my office chair and more than just my lower back and butt area. I needed something more in the upper shoulder area, so this is okay for the floor, but I wouldn't recommend this product for anything else b/c it is bulky, big, and not flexible at all.

Save your money, move into your other choices.

This does what they claim it does. Brought me some relief immediately. I had bought a similar more popular device previously but that one was too hard so I returned. I Highly recommend this device.
