I consider this to be the best diet pill, Rx or not, out there. I have had no side effects. I have taken it for several months and I find it almost eliminates physical hunger and I have no appetite. I also have no sugar cravings, which is amazing. I actually have to remind myself to eat for nutrition. I have read the reviews and I think the problem is that people think they can continue to eat as they always have and expect the weight to fall off magically. One has to pay attention to their body and put some thought into it. There is no temptation to eat bad food so it is very easy to just eat small to moderate amounts of everything that is good for you. I have dropped 20 pounds and as a post menopausal, 85 year old woman, that is a miracle.

The probiotic works similar to any other probiotic I've tried, but does absolutely nothing to reduce belly fat as his website suggests. After 90 days of daily use and $90 I would have expected some results. I feel duped and now question everything this doctor says.
