yes, the chain is 20 inches long, with a 2 inches chain extender.

I purchased this powerful medal in blue. I have not taken it off in 3 years. It does not fade. You should have it blessed by a priest with the St. Benedict prayer. The lettering is all in latin telling the devil to stay away and to drink his own poison. I have ordered many, had them blessed and given to people who are being plagued by evil people and evil spirits. Look this medal up on Utube for the wording and meaning and power of this medal once it is blessed.

It comes with the medal and a nice thick chain. More of a man's chain. I buy the blue medal and wear it on a different chain and gifted the thicker chain to my son.
