It's very easy to use unlike those where you have to really put in the energy and effort to change the height. This one took almost no effort at all to change. I love it! Very sturdy and helps with pain relief.

After spinal cord surgery I was told to avoid traction, and I sure have missed it the last several years. My doctor approved this device and I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. I only keep it on a low setting & it stretches out my back nicely. It is small enough to slide in my bedside table, which is convenient. Thank you for an affordable, yet effective device!

I got this just because. I didn’t need it, I seen it and decided why not. I’m flexible enough as is and run jump etc. but using this coupled with a neck pillow made me feel like I was leaking cerebral fluid. I tried using it for 15 minutes. I had a massive headache. So, who knows. I decided to try again, and, massive headache. So I decided it didn’t work for me and gave it to a sister in law but with the massive headache warning.She uses it daily. Loves it. So I don’t know why, but it’s not for me. That’s not to say it isn’t for you.

This back stretcher helps a lot my back pain. If I do something and suddenly my back will feel uncomfortable with pain, I will get my stretcher and put it on my back on floor it relieves the pain right away. Thank you there is a thing that ai can use right a way whenever my back is in pain. And it is good for massaging my upper back too while stretching my lower back.

This thing has been surprisingly helpful. I deal with sciatica pain daily and no matter what stretching I do (considering I'm old and fat :) ) nothing helped much. I have used this, as instructed, a few times and also use it as a lumbar support and my pain has decreased considerably. I don't have the constant pain like I did before I tried this. As I saw in another review, start out low and slow.

Fast shipping. Sturdy. Easy to adjust different heights. So far i feel my back relieved after stretching. I hope it’ll really help for my back in longterm. Just remember to roll on the side when you’re done and slowly get up. I make a stupid mistake of getting up straight and it’s not pretty at all
