These are way too strong, caused me a breakout

This is a legit product, shopping was fast, but 10000mg of biotin is way too much to be taking at one time everyday. I shouldn't have ordered it. Also it is not good to be overdosing on this supplement for a long period of time. Buy a 2,000mg if you need it. Otherwise don't bother.

Will have to review again in about 30 days but so far this is a better but for me. 1. I like the vitamorph products. 2. I get more of a vitamin that I take on a regular basis at a better price. I went ahead and took the subscription of this monthly as it benefits me more than buying it from a local store or the other company I was using prior.

It has helped my hair to be thicker and stronger. Also has grown several inches. Thank you.
