The bug catcher was a perfect gift for my 7 y/o grandson. Hours of play and learning. Mom even used it inside for a creepy crawler.

We don’t use this as a toy. No. This is a spider catcher in our house. We’re wimps and afraid, this sucks them in, you can close the chamber without going near the end- and then open and toss the chamber outside the house so the creature can go on their way. No mess. No touching.

Everything on this toy seemed to work. My grandchild was very excited about it but had a little trouble twisting the part that holds the big off and on again, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I suggest adult help until the child is able to manage or it might break. Time will tell about the durability of the bug catcher. My grandchild has great plans for it!

I love this little bug catcher vacuum. My grandson can catch bugs without hurting them, put them in the little container and look at them then release. He loves it and plays with it every day!

I would like to return this item....bought it several months ago for my Granddaughter and we put new batteries in it and it still won't work...I ended up ordering a new one while I was up at their house and got the new one the next day...my daughter brought the broken one to me finally and now I'd like to return it...

I like this "piece"! cant live without this bug catcher. Single and grossed out by spiders, but don't want to kill 'em. Its the answer for me!
