Ease of use
I've been using the Elite Gourmet EHC4128 Coffee Maker for about a month now, and I have to say — I'm genuinely impressed. It's a simple machine, nothing fancy, but it does one thing really well: makes a consistently good cup of coffee. As someone who grew up on strong, aromatic South Indian filter coffee (the kind brewed slowly in a metal filter with chicory-blended coffee powder), I've always been a bit picky about my morning brew. I wasn't expecting this little coffee maker to match that experience - but to my surprise, it comes really close. It's super easy to use — just add water, scoop in your coffee, and press a button. I've been using my usual filter coffee powder, and the flavor is bold, smooth, and rich. I make it a bit stronger, then mix it with hot milk and sugar — and honestly, the first sip took me straight back to mornings at home in Chennai. & The reusable filter is a nice touch - no need to fuss with paper filters every day. The warming plate keeps the coffee hot without making it bitter, and cleanup is quick. It's compact too, which is great for smaller kitchens or apartments. If you're someone who enjoys South Indian coffee but doesn't always have time for the traditional method, this coffee maker is a lifesaver. It's not trying to be high-end or high-tech — it just works, and works really well.Totally worth it. Highly recommend!

Great size. Four solid cups. Easy pour.
This is the most compact 4-cup coffeemaker I've ever owned. It's simple, basic and perfect for my needs. Makes a solid 4 cups of coffee. Love being able to remove the pot and pour a quick cup. It glides out easily and the pot is easy to pour from. Don't end up with coffee all over the cabinet like some I've owned in the past. So size, design, functionality, yes, yes and yes. And I like the color. My white coffeemaker was stained. Impossible to clean. This gets the daily wipe down but I can't see any discoloration. If you want a small, basic 4 cup coffeemaker here it is. And I like the reusable filter too. Good one.

Great if you are just one person! High quality coffee. Lightweight but powerful.
Well, I am used to those big coffee pots. And when you are having a gathering and everyone can agree on the same coffee, they are helpful. But I don't really entertain much so coffee is just for me and me alone. I would use the large pot and throw out the rest. Sometimes I'd save it to make an iced coffee later. Still, there was a lot of waste, and these big lunky coffee pots take up a lot of room on small counters.Enter this petitle little baby. It's small but not so small you are worried it will break. Powerful. Takes up limited counter space, Easy to carry from room to room. Comes with its own filter (though I use my own on top of it because I am trying to prevent that one from becoming too dirty). The filter has its own handle for easy carrying out and cleaning! Easy to clean -- although the mesh in the filter may start to get dirty and I worry about that.Cons? The cord is not long enough but I'm making due. The top part is really hard to open at first, so much so that I thought there was tape attached or something. You figure it out eventually. Directions could be improved. Also you have to put in a lot of water (almost to the top I'd imagine) to get a full, hearty cup of eight ounce coffee. You can't see the color of the coffee as it brews because it fogs with condensation. Also it doesn't appear to automatically shut down; you have to do that when you sense it's over by the percolating sounds getting fainter. But for the price? And the quality of coffee that comes out? The gosh-darn adorableness of this thing? I don't think you're gonna do better. This would be so ideal to have, to take along on a trip and use in a hotel. I'm impressed, especially for a brand I never heard of before. And the carafe is strong -- it survived a trip to my house and that's more than I can say for the last coffee maker I got. I can't wait to try out different types of coffee with this, especially espresso!

Fantastic Buy!!!!!!!!
I couldn't be more pleased with this product!!!!!!!! It's a great coffe maker. Easy to clean and I really love the filter made to be used time after time. This saves money on buying paper filters. This is well worth the money 💰 I spent.

Low power coffee maker
Purchased for power outage situations. Wanted a low wattage coffee maker for emergency backup. Most of my power stations and inverters running off solar can handle it well as it runs at about 600 watts. Makes great coffee and is compact. Have used it a few times and would recommend.

Feels super cheap.
It works. It makes coffee. If feels SO flimsy and hte plastic basket is a pain. I just remove the paper filter by hand instead of pulling the basket out. I have to put my hand on the top because the carafe doesn't want to come out easily. The pour is spill prone unless I pour slower than I normally would. Other than that it makes coffee and was cheap.

Cute & Small, Works Well
Its itty-bitty size is cute, makes me think of a coffee maker for Barbie. Not fancy at all -- let's face it, it doesn't cost that much. But I've used it a few times now and no complaints at all. I was tired of dealing with my French press, so wanted an automatic coffee maker. Since I'm making it just for me, I didn't need a huge carafe or anything. Doesn't turn off automatically, and the "pause" "feature"? Yeah, you turn off the machine, wait a couple of seconds to stop brewing, then take a cup. But, again, it doesn't cost much so doesn't have many bells and whistles.

Worked great, basic coffee maker.
Lasted 2 years. I purchased it Aug 2023. It's a great little basic coffee maker. I have gone though many, including an expensive one labeled for hard water, and it only lasted a year before clogging up completely with calcium deposits no matter how many times I ran vinegar through it like it instructed. But this little replacement coffee maker did not clog, it gave me no trouble at all, until the heating element went out last week. I was very satisfied with it and got more than my money's worth. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did as with my bad water.
