I bought these cable's to connect my new Bose Sound bar to my new UHD TV. Plain and simple, you won't find a better quality & functional cable any where for these applications.AAAAA.

I have a small smart-tv installed in a motorhome that is not very loud so we needed a sound-bar. The TV manual recommends using an HDMI ARC cable connection instead of optical so I thought I'd give it a try. This cable seems to be made of very high quality components (nylon braided cable covering, gold plated contacts, durable construction) and it works really well. I can control the power and volume using the TV remote, which is very handy because I don't have a lot of space to store things. Besides, using two remotes to watch TV is a bit of a hassle. Know that I'm not using it for video content so I can't attest to the quality of the full digital signal. However, as an HDMI ARC cable, would definitely recommend. Great product.

Didn't find anything to dislike, hooked up using an ARC (HDMI) cable. No problems quick installation, and it sounds good. What more could you ask, I don't think there is a better deal out there.

The only way I can control the volume of my sound bars with my TV remotes. I think I've bought 4 of them so far, one for each of my TVs in the house. They're pretty sturdy and well constructed, so not sure I will need to buy more, as I'm almost out of places to put TVs.

I recently bought a new laptop for streaming and I wanted to connect it to an early model "Smart TV". The TV is from like 2012, but it had barely been used and it is Samsung that--besides being able to get Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video--was limited to horrible apps from the Samsung App Store. And for some reason, the browser on this Smart TV couldn't connect to anything but Google. But when I purchased the new laptop, I had the idea that I could use this cable to connect the laptop to the TV. It worked PERFECTLY and whatever I see on my laptop screen, I see on the TV! And the REALLY nice thing about being able to do this is that, since I have an ad-blocker installed on my laptop, I can watch video from various websites (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, etc) on my TV without seeing a single ad! So, in conclusion, this HDMI cable is an inexpensive and durable investment that provides an outstanding connection from my laptop to my TV so I can mirror my laptop's screen on my TV screen!
