Replacement of missing Earphones a part of purchase of Walkman not received
I am pleased with my Walkman. It was just what I was looking for. I found several old music tapes that I had forgotten about. However, the package I received today when opened I found the package containing the cord had been ripped opened. The 3.5 mm Earphones Jack was missing. Would greatly appreciate you replacing the Earphone jack .promptly so I can once again enjoy my old tapes

Portable Cassette Player and Recorder
The cassette is similar to the one I had years ago, and I was pleased with that one and I'm sure I will get the same satisfaction with this one.

Distorted audio
I was playing tapes of old radio programs that came in a set. After approximately two hours of use, the tape drag was distorting the audio. There was no way to correct it or understand Lucy.

Best customer service that I have experienced in a long time!
I enjoy being able to play old cassette tapes, and this product serves that purpose. Two months after purchase, the auto stop ceased to work. When I contacted the seller, dingmiservices, I interacted with Ivy. She was so gracious in her email interactions with me, and was able to arrange a replacement sent within 24 hours of contacting the company. Ivy provided the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time!

Very pleased with AM sound.
I have had so many hits or misses with radios, three past few years.It’s the same story. FM is great, Cassette/ CD is quite good, but…. The AM sounds on all I purchased were so terribly muffled.I took a chance with this one. Didn’t have high hopes. Wow! The AM stations are fantastic!I was amazed. The FM and cassette options are quite good too.I purchase well known brands and unknown brands.This one didn’t have a fancy name, and I’ll be darned! It’s the best I’ve had in many years!
