Returned it - made with cancer causing chemicals
Buyer beware, this is made with cancer causing chemicals, in California they are required to let you know, so returned it as soon as it arrived and I saw that it had this, didn't see this on the website, so am letting everyone know through this review

Poor quality
It is firm as its advertised on the page, but the quality is not very high. The black material starts to come off after couple uses. The size and firmness is ok, but still doesn't make up for the poor workmanship. Opted for a slightly more expensive and that one is working fine.

A literal cylinder of foam??
Update:I tried using it as I was using my old foam roller but it caused more back pain than it did provide any help.Do not recommend. It looks like literal packing foam covered in a rubber ish paint?Good back support for sitting so far but not sure how it’ll do as an exercise tool. Not worth 20$ For sure.

Good but too stiff
Though it is good for pain relief and rolling out your sore/tight muscles, it is very stiff. There is no cushiony feeling to it. It is hard like a rock. I know the foam rollers in gyms felt a lot different than this foam roller. Not quite sure why it is so stiff. Perhaps, the seller can answer.

Does NOT work as a back roller!
I was surprised at the size and density of this roller. It is way too large in diameter to fit under my back and is so dense, it doesn't give at all and just causes spine pain. It slips away when you put it on your lower back, so a complete fail for this purpose. Returning now...
