Q: How many cards can this carry?

There are 3 slots on one side and I can easily fit 2 cards in each slot = 6 cards On the flip side is a window slot that I put my DL in. The middle opens up to hold cash. One of the few things I have purchased that actually exceeded my wishes.

Q: Do bills fold in halve or thirds?

I use it for credit cards and I.D. but just checked and was able to fold in half!

Q: Does this really block even though the cards are partially exposed? i travel a fair amount and like the size but want to be sure is truly rfid.

I'm not sure what the questioner means by "block". The top of each card is visible, so if "block" means completely hidden, then no, this does not block a card from being seen.
