Kinda hard to mess up a step up ring. this is a good one.

It does its job at a good price.

You do get what you pay for, and this is the cheapest step-up ring I could find. Pros: - No binding - No light leaks - Threads have held up to heavy use so far - The aluminium is lightweight - I don't get any vignetting with only one filter - I saved hundreds on new filters - Fits on any 49mm lens and any 52mm filter -- I tested Sony and Pentax lenses, and Tiffen, Hoya, Zeikos, and Vivitar filters - Cheap to replace if one breaks Cons: - The edge isn't knurled, making it hard to remove from the lens and from other filters - It is anodised aluminium, not brass, so it will be easier to bend and break - I do get vignetting with very wide lenses and multiple filters, as expected

Recently purchased a Panasonic GX85 with the 12-32mm and 45-150mm lenses. The first lens is threaded for a 37mm diameter filter and the other a 52mm. Having had polarizer filters for previous 52mm diameter threads, this product worked great to adapt 1 filter (52mm) to my 12-32mm (37mm diameter) lens. It is a clean unit with minimal writing that just works well. It is also nearly the identical overall diameter to the 12-32mm lens so it looks very natural. When the filter is not mounted, the step up adapter also provides a bit do protection for the lens. The first pic is with the adapter on and the lens deployed l, the second is the lens retracted for storage or walking around.

Fits great on my sony handycam ds sr42. About to order a fisheye lens to pair with it. Even with the shorter threads of my handycam the step up ring holds well to the lens. Great quality and not too bulky either. Would recommend.

Damit es zu diesem Artikel auch eine Bewertung auf ordentlichem Deutsch gibt: Dieser Adapter aus solidem Aluminium erfüllt seinen Zweck ausgezeichnet. Ich benutze ihn im Zusammenhang mit dem variablen ND-Filter von Tiffen (77mm) an meinem Objektiv mit 58mm-Gewinde; er lässt sich super geschmeidig an Objektiv und Filter drehen, ohne knirschendes Gewinde, wie es bei anderen Adaptern häufig der Fall ist. Weiterhin ist der Adapter sehr flach, wodurch keine ungewollte Vignettierung auftritt. Ich kann nichts bemängeln, alles top!

Con este adaptador he conseguido utilizar varios filtros que de otra forma me hubiese sido imposible utilizar con ciertas lentes. Con ello me ahorro tener que comprar más filtros. Se enrosca perfectamente y su calidad está acorde a su precio. No se le puede pedir más. Cumple su función. Saludos.
