Good quality pan
I am using my pan for more than a year and it is still looks neat. I wonder how those people (those who posted the pictures with damaged pans) abused them?! I was thinking to buy it agin for an extra pan and came across the negative comments, so decided to add my honest review. The pan is not aluminum, it is completely stainless steel and non-stick.

Quality is Back Again
Massively better!I have looked and looked for a "green life" egg skillet until I tried this one. Back to what I had in the old one of 6 years. If anything it is better. My test is an over medium egg. As soon as I popped it in the skillet, I knew I had the right one. The egg slid across the skillet like it was on ice.

Great Clean Products
Loved the ceramic set from Green Life, also one baking dishes all in pink. This item in stainless steel is more solid and heavier. The coating appears the same. Excellent non-toxic no stick coating, however, take note you MUST follow all recommendations for cleaning and use!!! The coating is fragile and chips and scratches easily. I also recommend storing them with cork or some other barrier between so you don nick or chip the coatings by stacking them. I use cork trivets. Great product love it!

very nice frying pan
Very Nice frying pan. This is a super nice skillet - stainless steel on the outside and ceramic on the inside. It is just the correct weight (not too heavy) to lift and move around. The coating is very smooth and wonderfully non-stock - food just slides out onto the plate. So easy to clean - just wipe with soap and warm water. The food seems to heat evenly over the entire pan and cool pretty quickly . They ask you to heat the pan for 90 seconds- then get started. The hardest thing for me will be to remember to NOT use a spray on this pan - to use only butter or oil. It also suggests you use a soft utensil and to not get the pan too hot on the stove top. I haven't had this long enough to use in the oven - but I'm looking forward to that versatility. I highly recommend this skillet.

Great at first
I thought they were amazing at first but after having them 6 months they’re terrible. No longer non stick. Every food I cook sticks onto them, creates a residue and it burns and then they’re a nightmare to clean. I don’t put them in the dishwasher or use metal spatulas, maybe it’s just me but I’d never buy them again. The pots are great but I only use those to boil water.

Non-stick and stainless steel
This is my 3rd ceramic-coated 12" pan with cover, and my favorite. The previously ones, after much use, got scratches/nicks. Since they both were aluminum under the ceramic coating, didn't want to use the pan after the coating was compromised. (This one is stainless steel, far better IMHO.) Leave it to Amazon, soooo many options, so glad I found this stainless steel pan...the price was in the ballpark...ordered it. Thought the sides being 1" shorter than my last 12" pans might limit what I'd be cooking, but so far have been able to cook everything I had previously. Cleanup is a breeze as advertised. I particularly like that the glass lid's handle isn't put on with one screw as wear/tear can loosen it, this lid has two points of contact, so that won't be a problem. Good thing it looks so good, since I use this pan almost every day, soon as I'm done cooking I wipe it out, or give it a quick wash/dry, and it stays on the back of the stove, ready for the next meal.

Pan holding up well after 11 months of use
Still looks like new. I like that the pan is heavy gauge stainless steel. My wife likes that the food doesn't stick. She is a vegetarian so light oil when sauteing her food. Cleans up easy and it looks like it will last quite a while. The cover is very handy! Just know that heavy abuse will likely damage the coating and the non-stick properties.

Loved it but now no so sure
I’ve had this pan and used it for the last 4 months or so. At first I absolutely loved it. It cooked great and evenly, super easy to clean and nothing stuck. Now I’m 4 almost 5 months in and I’m not impressed. Everything sticks to it. I followed the instructions that came with it to a T. I’ve always hand washed, used the proper oil, used the right utensils, and never got about 2.5 as far as heat goes. Maybe I got a crappy pan, and the rest is better quality but I don’t feel I’ll buy anymore.
