El producto es completo, pero no lo recomiendo por sus compuestos. Me han hecho daño y un estreñimiento excesivo. Tened cuidado, si queréis un magnesio bueno que sea bisciglinato o citrato y que lleve zinc, pero no ese calcio. Os puede afectar la salud intestinal.

Ho aspettato in mese a fare la recensione perché essendo un integratore ci impiega un poco di tempo a fare effetto. Prodotto interessante, contiene calcio, magnesio, zinco e vitamina b. Effettivamente funziona, uso costante, efficace, rinforza il sistema immunitario e toglie la stanchezza. Lo ricomprerò sicuramente
