Would recommend
Other than being a little loud, it’s great, has wheel easy to move, works amazingly well and great value, doesn’t look too bad either, works with any style of window especially for Uk style where it’s the windows the push outwards, can sleep with it but only after a while has passed

Decent A/C
The A/C works like a charm but the pipe adapter that connects to the exhaust is not sitting well. There seems to be slight size difference. This means that some hot air slips through the cracks at the back of A/C. I'm yet to figure out how to resolve the issue. Tape would not work as hot air would melt the adhesive.Pros:- the A/C comes with 2 window adapters which cost around £50+ if purchased separately- keeps the flat at the comfortable temperature- kept is working for 2 days and didn't need to drain the A/C as yetCons:- too loud to run it at night if you are a light sleeper. This is not my 1st A/C, and unless you plan on spending few hundreds more, you won't find anything you would class as decently quiet.- the extraction pipe/hose that it comes with is very short. You must park the A/C next to the window, alternatively purchase extension pipe... this once again will add a hefty sum to the investment.PS: Yes, I tried refitting the hose few times with different 'slack' of the pipe with little to no effect.

Amazing AC unit
The media could not be loaded. Very good AC unit. Very good quality. Within 30mins dropped my room temperature from 26C down to 21C.

Integrated with Home Assistant flawlessly
Why did you choose this product over others?:As my first a/c I can't compare it to other units, however it does everything I want of it and at a very reasonable price. The thing that put this above all the others I considered is it's integration with Home Assistant, which it did flawlessly.I also complement the seller/ delivery which was quicker than advertised.

REALLY good if you don't mind noise too much
Pros:This unit DOES work, it really brings the temperature down both in the living room and my bedroom. It also connects to Alexa so it's a plus if you have all your house automated. I have to say..for the price, this is a great unitCons: let's be honest, it is noisy. But I expected it. In the night, I use ear plugs as otherwise I can't really sleep. As long as you are happy with the noise, then this unit is top class I'd say. Just to clarify on the noise - it's not too loud, but definitely noisy!

Very effective, easy to use & set up, easy to maintain
Our apartment has great insulation for winter but in the summer it's really bad for keeping loads of heat in, this AC unit packs a punch! Easy to set up (using the velcro material with a zipper as the window config) and gets cool quick, feels like a proper wall mounted unit. The exhaust pipe you hang out the window doesn't come with any mesh filter so if you're worried about bugs crawling in while it's off, a DIY solution of cutting mesh and applying it on the end of the exhaust may be a good solution. Easy to connect to WiFi although a bit unclear in the instructions if you aren't familiar with these devices (you need to hold down the "timer" button until the WiFi symbol on the unit flashes and appears in your app), but very handy controlling on/off and the temp through Alexa or the App. I can also monitor my home's temperature while I'm at work. The 9000 BTU unit is enough to effectively cool down our large Living Room, open kitchen, and 2 bedrooms if you give it enough time but keeping the door closed on our Living Room and open kitchen, it cools down the area fast. Heating feature also a good if you want to excuse paying for it as it will be probably more effective/efficient than heaters in the winter. I see a lot of people complaining about noise but it's a small unit that's working hard to pump out cold air so they can only be so quiet. Good for a living room or generally open environment where there would be noise regardless but probably not one for the bedroom.

Great unit
Really pleased with this Aircon unit. It's keeping my greenhouse-like bedroom cool and me happy.Couldn't find much information about it prior to purchase but it's been a fantastic buy.Obviously it's a bit loud... I do wish there were more level adjustment available but that's really the only downside. The compressor extracts a good amount of water which I use a bottle to put the hose in and catch it. I have ended up with a wet carpet a few times after leaving it on all night but that's entirely my fault for not finding a bigger bottle 😅
