My Jenn-Air is about 15 years old and still looked good (truly has good stainless steel housing). The burners had developed hot spots and the "tents" had seen better days. The grates were still in great shape so I opted to replace the burner and tent covers. The old ones came out easily. It was a little difficult getting the new burner retaining clips in (clean the area well first will help) as the stems that the clips go through are a little shorter on the new burners. I tested them out and they burn evenly and properly (no yellow flames). Should be good to go for another decade.

These burners and cover plates were an excellent value and fit for my grill. Provided they are cleaned regularly and avoid spending excessive time in moisture, the burners will last several years. The stainless cover plates are excellent.

Even heat has returned to my 16 year old grill. Lifetime warranty from Jenn Air was denied. Warranty papers did not mention registration at time of purchase. Which was the main reason for purchase. So, for 1/5 of the parts costs from Jenn Air my grill is back to cooking. Here's to a few more years!!!

Our Jenn Air grill is at least 13 years old and needed new burners and plates. It is always a gamble with something that old and needing replacement parts. These replacements were perfect! They were delivered when expected, of good quality, and easy to install. Very happy with our purchase.

Purchased for replacement of the Jenn-air 730-0163 burners. Ran in to a problem with the length of the burners. The burners are supposed to slip in to place on the ledge and then be pinned down. The burners that were received were too long to fit and had to sit up on the ledge (burners are on an angle and not level). They are still operational and come at a reasonable price. However, it would have been nice if the fit was correct.

If you are thinking should I buy this to refresh my old grill? DO IT! Best $60 i've ever spent to give life back to my old grill who's burners had clogged and covers which had crater sized holes in them. The covers are actually a nice thick gauge metal too so while I haven't cooked enough on them to fully test I feel they should last a long time.These gave life to my old grill! I do have a problem with unbalanced flames still (one side has much larger flames than the other) but I don't think that is because of these burners I think that's a problem with the part that feeds into the burners. If I find differently I will update.The covers look amazing! They are so clean and reflective they are basically mirrors!

I thought since the burners were the correct size the heat plates would be. Double check!Other than that the burners work great. They swapped out without issue. The heat shields will discolor after only a couple of uses but still seem to be pretty good quality.

Exactly what I needed to breath new life into an old grill. Worked great, thank you.
