Frost King B79/36H Vinyl Slide-On Door Bottom for Metal and Wood Doors, 1-3/4 x 36", Brown

This slide-on door sweep was simple to install and made an immediate difference in keeping out drafts. The vinyl is flexible and seals well against the floor. My only minor complaint is that trimming it to size took a little patience, but once it was on, it fit snugly and works great. Good value for the price and a quick home improvement fix.

This fit my wood door great and it easily installed. It seals the bottom of my door and I have absolutely No air leaks. The only thing I would recommend they do is make the little fins on the bottom a little more flexible, of course maybe not because it is working great and doing its job rather good. What had happened is when I first installed it the one fin to outside pulled off while initially opening and closing the door testing it. I went ahead and tore it the rest the way off and then only had 4 fins left, but they weren’t catching on my threshold like the outside one was. Either way it’s still working great with just the 4 remaining fins and it might have just been how my threshold was built.

Easy to install, stays on even without additional hardware. Keeps cold out. Seems to be good quality. Looks good from inside on my stained wood door.

This item is great as long as you measure your door first and read instructions. Make sure you have space under your door or it won't work. DO NOT BUY THE STICK ON ADHESIVE BRAND/style. They do not last. I had a 30" wide door, I cut it easily with a dremel cut off wheel. A fine saw should work too, but not as easily. Shears will distort the trim too much because of the u shape. This made a fantastic seal on my old exterior door that finally lost it's integrated rubber sweep.

Lasted about 2months before the first one ripped. Then another few months two more ripped. There’s about 3 left. If the bottom of your door or existing door sweep looks like garbage, this is an easy to install replacement. BUT the middle pieces rip easily. Still looks good overall, but the middle pieces are gone. Easy to cut with tool (not regular scissors). Easy to install(with screws). Seals well for the most part (some fins will eventually rip)….

My original storm door was from Home Depot, so it's a common brand. However, the weather stripping on the bottom had worn out and the door bottom needed to be replaced. This Frost King replacement is not tall enough to cover the holes from the original factory door installation, nor does it even cover the gap between the aluminum door and the ground at the slots designed for screw installation. I have had to order some PVC tape to cover this, so my installation is significantly more expensive and less attractive than it should be. In addition, the screws provided are not stainless, so they will rust quickly. I would not recommend this product. This is the second product I have purchased made by Frost King in the past few months. I found both to be disappointing. I'll be avoiding this brand for a while until I see signs of improvement in their design, engineering, and quality control.

Took very old one off bottom of door and installed this one. Works well.

My back door bottom sweep rubbers had failed twice, so rather than contacting the door manufacturer again, I ordered this sweep which was the right dimensions for my door. easy to install, cut to length and screw in. The seal is optimal, and though it hasn't been a long time to see whether the rubbers would fatigue early, so far it appears very durable. For the price, and my energy cost savings I already feel like I haven't gone wrong on this purchase.

Very good, but again as others mentioned after a month of use the fins are starting to come off.

It seems to be working great and no draft coming from the door.
