Es lo suficientemente larga para manejarla cómodamente en ollas grandes o sartenes profundos, y la resistencia al calor de hasta 315°C es una gran ventaja. Non é particolarmente economica, ma è un'ottima spatola, ben fatta e con buone rifiniture. Dopo avere utilizzato per molto tempo quelle a due pezzi, questa é una vera comodità, perché mi evita di ritrovarmi con il solo manico in mano con impasti particolarmente densi. Consigliata!
