G Gradual Men's Hiking Cargo Shorts Stretch Quick Dry Outdoor Tactical Shorts for Men with Multi Pocket for Fishing Casual

When I purchased these light grey shorts, I had originally thought that they were just great looking. I thought that I would be wearing these on weekends, going to the grocery store, etc. I didn’t realize that I was going to like them as much as I do. And, even though I know how well rated they are for hiking, and fishing, I didn’t think that I would use my shorts for that. I was able to order a size smaller shorts since my hiking has paid off as I hoped. These shorts were something of a reward for me. Little did I realize that I would be doing my hiking in these shorts. I thought that they were too nice to hike in, but I have come to find out that they are very durable. I was surprised how much elasticity the shorts had in them. My wife was worried that I was going to rip the seams apart, but that didn’t happen. I’m also really thankful that the shorts are UPF 50+, water repellent, and have 6 pockets that are going to store pretty much everything, and anything, that I need to do almost any outdoor activity. The reason that I will also be hiking, and fishing, in my new shorts is that they are really quite comfortable. More so than I expected. I might be the best dressed man fishing, but that is the way that it will be. I didn’t realize that these shorts were so versatile and good for so many things. I do love the light grey color though. That is exactly why I ordered them. There are a couple things that I’m not completely thrilled with, and it’s my fault for not reading through all of the manufacturer’s information. They are, and easily become, pretty wrinkled. They still look good, even with the wrinkles. Also, I will need to hand wash my shorts, and that is the most dreadful chore that I can think of. It doesn’t say anything about drying so I’m going to assume that I need to line dry them. These are great shorts, even if I don’t like to hand wash clothes. I’m looking forward to more hiking with them, and perhaps purchasing some new pairs.

Really been liking this Gradual brand in other styles, thought I’d try this design. Another 5-star rating. Great design, super lightweight - almost feel like you’re not wearing them, nice pocket placement with smooth working zippers, nice array of colors. Stitching is very precise but only single row, so only time will tell if they hold up rugged outdoor use like hiking and sitting on rocks, etc.. The fit is perfect as with all Gradual products, I’m slender and a true 34.5” waist and these size 34 fit perfectly. Not sure if this brand would fit someone with large stocky thighs, maybe. Elastic is only on the sides and does allow for next size up such as a 35” waist could wear this 34” size. New they’re a smooth poly look, not like organic natural faded cotton which some prefer, but I think this synthetic material can fade in, show some distress and have a more worn-in look just by washing and wearing. One thing for sure, if you live in a warm to hot humid climate, you’ll love how cool and comfortable these are. The black belt is included.

These are very nice shorts. They are light and fit well. However, the fabric is very thin so probably not good for heavier outdoor activities or sports. Just a head's up there is no back left pocket.

Awesome G Gradual shorts! This is the 3rd variant of this brand and being a 65 year old kid, 5’ 9”, 210 lbs, these are my go to brand, perfectly priced and worth every cent! The seams and zippers are finished well. The fabric is slightly stretchy so they move with you when squat, sit or when standing. Best of all, they look great! Came with a nice belt too. They wash nicely and dry in minutes. No complaints, thanks Gradual and Amazon!

I've worn cargo pants for years, but my wardrobe of cp's is getting long in tooth. Most I've had for over 20 years. I decided I needed to find some on Amazon, but there are a lot of different sellers with different cloth and styles. This is my first order. The new tan.shorts fit just right and look good on me. My previous cp's fit fairly well standing, but tended to pooch out at the crotch when I sat down. These don't. The fabric is really thin, but very lite and.cool. I don't know how they will wear, but the cloth seems snag free and rip resistant. Their are some negatives about the shorts. The belt is just a very thin, cheap piece of black nylon webbing with a plastic snap buckle. It pretty much reflects the quality of the shorts. Zippers work well and there are enoi The stitching and some of the fabric pieces don't match the main color of the shorts. The front pockets are too shallow for a 6" cellphone and there is no phone pocket on these shorts. The bottom line is, these are a cheaply made, comfortable, well fitting pair of shorts. If you don't mind the "Short comings" and like the price, then you might give them a try.

Love these. Fit great. Nice pockets. Very cool to wear, temperature wise. So far only issue is staining. Got a simple BBQ sauce on a pair and had to wash, then soak, then wash again to get out. I pretreated area also. Took several tries to get it less visible. Not 100%. Hopefully this isnt a problem.

Very good value for how well these are made. I wear them several days of week because they are now my favorite shorts. I work a very intense manual labor job full time and these are the best shorts that have really stood the rest of time. They still look brand new while a lot of my others (Columbia, etc) already have tears or rips or holes. Very lightweight and they wick moisture very well even though I sweat all day most days. Love all the pockets and especially the knife pocket. Comes in handy for a knife and clipping my work phone there too. The built in belt is the only thing that isn’t the best. I use a lacy belt that I’ve used every day for the last 15 years (has never torn or loosened at all ever). The one this comes with will quickly loosen when you’re moving around and you have to constantly tighten it. But I still plan on buying another pair or 2 of these because they are made so well. The price beats everyone else too!

Very cheap material used, extremely light weight, no quality, Chinese company rip off. I would not pay $1.00 for this super cheap pair of shorts. Not at all like what you think you see in the picture.

I am 1.65 and 67kg. Got a size 30 and fits nicely. The material felt a little thin.

I live in a very hot climate. These shorts are perfect for my region. They are light, comfortable and practical. I will buy more soon.
