I suffer from new daily persistent headache with migraine symptoms. It is a miserable condition and also causes sleep disturbances. The neurologist recommended magnesium supplements and I have been taking other brands for several months and honestly have had nothing noticeable to report. I take Nutri-Rich Co Q10 and for some reason , started to research their magnesium and multi vitamin and ended up ordering them. I have to say that starting on day one after taking two of these in the evening, they actually relax me and help me go to sleep. I can’t even believe it. I have to say there is no help with the headache, but the improved rest is so wonderful I could cry. I was hesitant to review but it has been well over two weeks and it is still the same result every night. The pills are large so beware but the quality is high. The cost was also very good. Would recommend this product. I am not being paid. If you are a migraine\NDPH sufferer or have chronic pain sleeplessness, you might consider adding this to evening regimen.

This is my favorite Magnesium. It's in a gel form which is easier for me to swallow and it doesn't give me any intestinal side effects. The pills could be a little smaller, but luckily I don't have issues swallowing pills like some people do. My mother takes these as well but she wishes they were smaller as she is much older and prefers smaller pills. I take it at night to help with sleep.

I'm very satisfied with this product. It'll be a month as of 8/13/18 that I've been using this. I just started working the overnight shift 11-7 (which sucks!) and I knew I'd need help maximizing my sleep pattern so I'd be able to cope with the transition. I started off taking 2 pills in the a.m. (bedtime) once home from work but it took a while to feel sleepy and started noticing I was still waking up on and off throughout, I definitely still felt the crash at work around 3:30 am. I upped to 3 pills but wasn't getting the deep sleep I wanted but felt rested. As of 2 days ago I experimented with taking 4 pills (1200 mg) before going to sleep and I think I've found my magic threshold. I'm 5'9 and about 240lbs so I think this is a safe dose for my height and weight. What I discovered at this dosage is that within 2 hours I'm falling asleep, I stay asleep longer, I have great dreams that seem to pick up where they left off the previous night...lol...amazing! and I am well rested, I breeze through my shift without really feeling the 4 am crash I use to. I use to take the powder magnesium called CALM but I could no longer tolerate the taste and it would give me the runs. So I really love the pill form Nutri-Rich offers, although large I never had a problem swallowing them. With the exception of the 1st time I took these, I have not had any bowel issues since, even at 1200 mg. Awesome stuff!

I sleep so good when I take these at least an hour before bed. I shower, turn down my bed and it's a rap. I've had trouble sleeping for a few years. These are so easy to swallow, not that plastic covering, they help with regularity and easy stools on exit. This is the best of all the products I've tried. I do take 3 as directed on the label. Most of all they go down easy.

Great Value

A doctor recommended this type of magnesium, and it's advertised as being easy on the gut. It's not. Seems fine otherwise but expect to run to the toilet in the morning.

Easier to digest than other magnesium formulations, and they source their ingredients sustainably and responsibly. You can even see where they source everything on their site by batch, which is really neat - something I've never seen before from any other supplements company, which makes me trust them more than other brands. For me, this Soft Magnesium product is a super effective sleep aid and reduces anxiety - which I think we can all use nowadays with all the stress around every corner. The pills are large, but that hasn't been an issue for me, personally. Also in my experience, their support crew has been really friendly and supportive with answering all my nerdy questions quickly and thoroughly, which I really like! :)

I mistakenly bought these when looking for an easier to swallow magnesium glycinate supplement. They were advertised as an easy to swallow gel cap. I was expecting something the size of my small vitamin D3 pills and was astounded when I opened the bottle and saw that these were the size of horse pills *and* the recommended dosage requires you to swallow three of them. The daily dose barely fits in my vitamin dispensing case.
