This is an inspiring and reaffirming book about processing and recovering from pain, loss, etc.--all the problems in the modern world that create emptiness inside of us. Advice and anecdotes remind us of what is really important and valuable in life, as well as how to live with meaning and find peace.

This book is eveything that I needed. Everyone, struggling in life or not, should read it. Full of gems from the Quran, and references to the prophets' lives, it tells us how Allah loves all of us and only wants the best for us. We don't need to seek perfection, we need perseverance in the path of our Deen to reach our ultimate Goal, back home to Allah.

I am a fan of Yasmine Mogahed in general but her books never disappoint. Reclaim Your Heart really changed my perspective and I was excited to get this one and read it, glad I did. Certainly worth the purchase!
