Love second skin
This is something I used as a healing tool post tattooing. The film clings to skin like a plaster, but gives you none of the scary ripping it off pains that a standard plaster would. This allows you to heal new ink with minimum fuss & maximum outcome. My only advice would be to add a very thin layer of vaseline or similar over the fresh ink, prior to applying. This will allow your ink to relax & you won't pull any pigment out when removing after 48 or so hours

Great
Works great after you've had a tattoo. Protects it from getting knocked.

Very good protector
Very good if you need a last minute cover up if you just got a fresh tattoo and you forgot about your spa trip (thats lit what i did lol) hurts like a bitch tho to get off but that goes for any second skin.

Works, but not sterile and not safe to be used as a dressing
I bought this with the hope to put it over a dressing on a minor surgery site, so I could have a brief swim whilst on holiday. I did and it worked, no leak. I have a few worries about this product though, and could not personally recommend it because of these reasons, and certainly wouldn't use it for extended periods.1. It's not sterile. In this case I had it over a dressing so I was not as worried, but this is a concern as may present an infection risk, especially over a new wound.2. It's unclear if it meets UK safety regs.I've not heard of the manufacturer, I can't find clear info on the type of adhesive used, and I can't see anywhere that it's been registered/approved by the UK regulators such as the MHRA.3. It's too adhesive to put directly on a wound.Overall, I took the risk and used it, I put a dressing under it, but I can't recommend it due to the above reasons.

Waste of money
Each time I try to unfold and take the covers off it folds back and sticks to itself. No matter how much I try to straighten it out it just rolls back up, I can't even place it on the tattoo properly, it should arrive cut into flat patches, not folded and creased.

Great for keeping your tattoo clean and dry for short periods
I was pleasantly surprised with this product. I just needed it for short durations after my tattoo was done. I’m not sure how waterproof it would be. This is how it looked after a 5k run (1.5 weeks after the tattoo was done). It stayed put really well with just a bit of peeling around the edges. Would definitely recommend!
