It is easier to just buy a longer hose, but if you have 2 hoses it makes it easier to put them together

Needed to extend my walk-in shower hose to rinse my big bathtub when I clean it - worked perfectly!
I needed to get an extension hose for my shower handle in my walk-in shower to clean my huge soaking tub that's separate. Seriously, massive first world problems here, I know. I hated cleaning the massive tub using a bucket of clean water and sponge, so I opted to get a longer extension hose and this coupler to connect where the handheld sprayer is in the shower and use the sprayer to rinse the tub. Problem solved. Zero leaks, fit perfectly. I didn't even need to use any teflon tape on this joint because it was leak-free.
