Is the snuggle puppy machine washable? If not, what’s the best way to clean it?

The snuggle puppy is indeed washable. I put it in a lingerie bag to protect the velcro, and of course I removed the little electronic heart first. I also washed it in cold water and allowed it to air dry. I should also add that this is one of the BEST pet purchases I've ever made. My puppy has snuggled up to it in her crate since the first night we brought her home. Not a peep out of her all night! She actually gets excited when I take "him" out at night before putting her to bed her her crate. What a brilliant concept.

It has one volume setting and several other timer options. You can feel it “beat” even through the toy. It fits into a sturdy velcro closed pouch in the pup. We only used the heart for a week or two. He still sleeps with the snuggle puppy and drags it all over the house six months later. Seems pretty indestructible even through tug of wars with his pitbull brother. It helped the pup settle in so well. I really recommend it.
