I’m on a high protein diet and just not getting enough in. I don’t love protein shakes daily as I find them quite heavy. I typically double the water when making this as I find it too sweet at full strength - but it’s a good protein water and would probably continue buying it

Nice fruity flavor, suitable for post workout proteins intake. U need to let it sit for 2 mins in the shaker.

Protein water dose that's lighter and easier to drink after gym than heavier whey protein shakes. Powder very fine so it gets everywhere when scooping. Needs a good shake to dissolve fully. Biggest negative is the "lemon berry" tastes more like artificial cherry flavour, which isn't so good if you don't like cherry....

I don't know who can drink this. Really bad artificial flavour. Would not recommend this product

The powder doesn’t dissolve, it solidifies so can’t be used

it says iso clear ,all false ,milk is miked in this and very hard to mix with s grinder also
