Q: Can this be used with tire beads?

no, AmerSeal will not mix with another product already in the tire, and, we do not recommend applying AmerSeal Tire Sealant to a tire, that already has some balance beads or liquid ballast inside the tire". AmerSeal Tire Sealant's sealing action is completely mechanical, in that there is no chemical reaction that might harm the tire or cause corrosion on the wheel. AmerSeal will remain effective for the life of the tire, and will NOT migrate to the bottom of the tire when the vehicle is stopped. Protection is permanent. AmerSeal remains fluid and effective in temperatures down to negative 40-degrees F, and, up to 200-degrees F. American Sealants Company can not guarantee that mixing another product with AmerSeal Tire Sealant would not create a reaction that might harm the tire and/or the rim. Your best option would be to remove the tire, clean-out the tire - use a compressor and blow everything out. Reinstall the tire, and then install AmerSeal in the tire.

Q: will it work for high speed applications

Yes, however it takes LESS per tire since your moving faster. It is used in a lot of 18 wheelers. There is an application chart on cat claw tire sealants web site, plus additional information. No, Inner Tubes will require to be replaced or "Patched" - This is not intended to be used to "Patch" - it is a sealant for punctures on tires.
