I loved this chair when I first got it. It was easy to put together - almost too easy, as some parts just got pushed into place that on other chairs would require screws - the velvet is great quality, very soft and a good color that matches the product photos. It’s super comfortable for long-term sitting (I used it as a desk chair and work from home), and my wide hips and thick thighs (5’4” 275lbs) fit into it just fine. It’s beautiful and seemed good quality.After a few months, the velvet started rubbing off the seat. A patch in the middle of the seat has gone bald, and while it hasn’t lost its color, it does make the seat look stained with something white/clear depending on how the light hits it which is kind of embarrassing even if *I* know it’s just rubbed smooth. Unfortunate but to be expected with velvet, just something I hadn’t thought about.However, what made me drop 3 stars from the review is that after a few months of using it, I moved and went from carpet with a chair mat to a hardwood floor, which it tended to skid on a bit. Not really a problem but after two days on this new floor I leaned over to pick something up off the ground and the chair scooted out from under me and one of the casters snapped off. My wife and I examined the chair to see if it could be put back on and discovered that the casters are only connected to the chair legs by three tiny spot welds on the metal, all of which had snapped off when my chair went out from under me, so no way to fix it. Cheap construction for sure and really unnerving for a chair with such a high supposed weight rating. I almost smashed my face into the windowsill when I fell and it could’ve been a lot worse than just spilling the glass of water I was holding (which thankfully missed my laptop as well).So, 2 stars for how much I loved it for the time I was able to use it, but -3 stars for the fact that it broke so soon and so easily and the cheap construction quality. Please pay attention to my review - there are a lot of positive ones here which led me to purchase this, but the way in which this broke could be potentially quite dangerous if you were to hit your head when falling or fall onto something sharp. Sad this story ended so poorly.

I really, REALLY love the color of this chair and it’s comfortable, albeit smaller than I thought after reading a review that said you can curl up with a blanket in it. I’m 5’2” and I can just sit normally. When I try cross cross I have to lean against something or I basically fall out. Knowing this may have impacted my decision, but that’s completely on me.The part I am dissatisfied with is that I think I got a partially used chair or things were missed prior to shipping. There’s random little holes in a few spots on the chair and the wheels came filthy. The box with items in it was ripped open so I don’t know if returned accessories got put in mine on accident or what. Included in the photos is a picture of one of the dirty wheels after I washed them all. Half had stuff on the side and were already worn down slightly. Washing them improved significantly though.The chair was very easy to put together. I had to crack open the little cover like a walnut though since it was not coming off. Lol*Edited: I originally gave 3 stars, but really should have given 4. The little holes bother me slightly, but honestly after using this chair for a few days I don’t really care. It really sets a nice ambience and is very comfy!

I wanted a comfy, statement chair for my home office and im really happy with my purchase! The colour is pretty and the chair is sturdy and the quality is really fantastic for the price. The back is very deep so you may want to add a decorative pillow, but i haven't had an issue with it.It was super easy to built, i did it in less than 10 mins.

This chair was definitely worth the money. It's affordable, comfortable, and spacious. It looks so pretty in my white and grey office and at half the cost of other chairs. I'm on the petite side (5'2) and can curl up in this chair with plenty of room. I definitely recommend!

I had seen a similar chair in my local furniture store, but they didn't have it in this gorgeous blue. I went on trusty amazon and ordered the one above. 1st of all it isn't a light blue its 100% a deep navy blue. and also the seat is quite small so if you are of average or large size you won't fit in this chair. it also pushes you forward at an awkward angle. I took it out of the box sat in it for two minutes and promptly repackaged it. It was the wrong color, uncomfortable to sit in etc... I reached out to the company and they approved my return and in a follow up email had offered me a full refund and to gift the chair to someone. Unfortunately I had already dropped the packaged chair up and sent it to UPSThis chair wasn't for me size, style or comfortability wise.. Just personal preference when I saw it in person. HOWEVER I give the company 5 stars for customer service. If you don't need to sit in the chair for long periods of time, or if you are a smaller person. You will probably like this chair. It was sturdy and well made and the velvet fabric is good quality.

This chair is quite cute and comfortable, however the wheels came with a bunch of weird dried (water?) stains all over them, and it doesn't move around very easily or very well which is my main complaint. My second issue is that it is a bit high off the ground even at its lowest setting, I am 5'5" and if I don't have shoes on with any kind of platform, then my feet don't really touch the ground. This often times means my legs go numb, however it is big enough I can sit cross legged which is a solution. For a chair that appeals mostly to females (the pink one) I am surprised that it isn't designed to go a bit lower to accommodate for our height.

Very nice, comfortable and easy to put together. My only criticisms are that the front of the chair tilts/leans forward slightly and the height adjusting lever is too short so you really have to reach far under to get it. These are, however, personal preferences so don't let them dissuade you from purchasing. The color (pink) is really lovely. I would definitely buy this again if the need arose.
