I’ll admit it—I’m not a professional chef, but I cook enough to know the pain of a dull knife. Seriously, it cuts through everything from tomatoes to squash like it’s gliding on air. It makes prep work so much faster that I actually have time to sit down before my food gets cold. Plus, the 10-inch size gives it that restaurant-quality feel, like I should be yelling “Yes, Chef!” at myself while chopping.The grip is another standout. The Fibrox handle is comfortable and slip-resistant, which is key when you’re slicing up a storm and don’t want to risk an accidental finger trim. It feels solid but not heavy, so it’s easy to handle even for long cooking sessions.What really impressed me was the value. This knife performs like something twice the price, and it’s durable too—I’ve had it for months, and it still feels brand new. If you’re looking for a reliable, versatile knife that’ll make you actually enjoy cooking, this one’s it.

This knife is well designed, comfortable to use and surprisingly light for its size. It takes and holds an edge well and sends very durable. I am going to buy the 8-inch version as well for better control doing general cutting and chopping.

I gave it 1 star off because the handle is not the best looking but I paid for what I got. Other than that, this is a fantastic knife at this price point. I however do not use this knive much since I found the 8 inch is more suited for me.These knives are extremely shapes and really does make a big difference. I did a lot of research priority the purchase and this is also recommended by ATK. If you want a reliable knife at a reasonable price, I would go for the 8 inch model. I also bought their boning knife and can not praise it enough. The only thing missing are knife/blade guards. These knives are too sharp to be without safty guards and they also protect your knives.

I have ben use this knife model since 18 years ago for one reason or another I had to buy again I was happy to see that it was the same size and material thanks

Best knife I have ever owned! I’m just hoping that I get to keep the tip of my thumb. It is currently superglued into place. Definitely recommend buying a chain mail glove to go with this bad boy.

A little blade-heavy as far as balance goes (most knives this big are!), but it's the perfect tool for lettuce and cabbage, pumpkins, melons, big pineapples. Great as a slicer too. Nice fit and finish. Good steel that's easy to sharpen and stays sharp for a long time. Would easily become a big-handed chef's go-to knife for smaller jobs too, I suspect.
