I’ve purchased these many, many times. I take them about 3 weeks before a trip and during the trip until gone. It’s helped me stay healthy, even when people I’ve traveled with have caught stuff. ! I use them when I have to fly and attend trade shows, lots of people. They have helped me stay healthy. Yes they smell and taste awful. And they are expensive. But they’ve worked so well for me. I’ll continue to buy when needed.

I have been taking this product for about 1 1/2 years. I have noticed that I do not get colds any longer and I feel so much healthier overall. I recommend this product.
