KNOW Foods Gluten Free Wraps, Low Carb - 8 Count

I really like the taste and chew of the wraps. They weren't really great for being used as wraps per say; they tended to break apart when folded. I ended up using them kind of like lavash bread by dipping them in peanut butter or seasoned oil.

They are kind of expensive and 1-2 weeks shipping time is kind of excessive, but I received my wraps finally yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised how good they are. No nasty after taste or weird textures. They are not traditional flour tortillas, they are a great alternative for those on a low carb diet. I personally used it as an alternative to bread and put meat, cheese, mayonnaise and mustard the folded it up into the shape of a taco. I had no problems with it falling apart. I did not put it in a pan or microwave them and it held up just fine. The remaining ones are in the freezer, I took one out this morning to get lunch prepared and they thaw out very quickly and were as good as when I opened the package. Despite the cost and wait, I ordered 2 more packages last night.

So these are not very good wraps....BUT I think they make pretty good (grain free) pancakes. Right out of the package, they are soggy and flimsy. So I cooked them up like I would warm a tortilla. While the wrap got crispy it was still to thick and crumbled when I tried to actually "wrap" it. Not so great. They don't really have a flavor so they just adopt whatever you pair with them. Which is what led me to try them out as a pancake. That worked out great and with a little fruit and sugar free syrup...DELICIOUS!!! So while the wraps are no good wraps...I still found them good. I wouldn't pay $10 a package though for 6-8 pancakes.

I have been gluten free for several years, and I admit I was leery to try these based on other reviews. Let me tell you, these are delicious! A little sweet, but I have tried them with almond butter for breakfast, and with shrimp and veggies for dinner. Both ways were excellent.

I've been looking for a paleo substitute for bread because I miss eating a "sandwich," and because arthritis inflammation issues keep me from eating grains and carbs. These wraps are perfect. I don't expect them to taste like bread - they are more like tortillas. The Know brand buns are good but don't work for me for sandwiches. This does. Wish I had found this product sooner!

While their cookies are amazing, the Know Foods wraps are pretty bad. Flavorless, with an unpleasant, foamy texture. Also, they're just too rigid to fold without breaking in half.There are better options for low-carb wraps: the Mission Low Carb Soft Taco Whole Wheat Tortilla's 12oz./8 Ct. (Pack of 6)  tortillas are almost indistinguishable from the real thing, and have the same amount of net carbs per serving as these do.

Though these wraps are tad expensive, they are super tasty and well worth the cost. They have a light coconut taste and are a little more fluffy than a traditional sandwich wrap, but they are fantastic and low car friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I was unbelievably excited to have a wrap and they totally lived up to my expectations. They're not quite as pliable as a flour taco shell. They're more the consistency of a corn tortilla. If the Know Foods items weren't so pricey, they'd be a regular part of my diet. Absolutely would suggest these to someone eating ketogenic.
