I've had this for 4 days now and I have used it every day! It is noisy, but I turn my music on loud and worship and pray through 3-5 of my favorite worship songs and 20-30 minutes goes by in a hurry. I'm experiencing better energy as I am sweating by the time I'm done. This is the first workout thing I've found that's simple and easy and that I want to keep going with. The wheels do pull off plastic (see picture) so I'm guessing that wear and tear will cause me to replace it eventually but there's plenty of extra pieces to replace some of the links if I need to before I get there. I rinse the plastic shards off after each use. Important note, be careful what you wear when you do this. I find its best to have a tighter fitting shirt because the motion of the links will cause the shirt to bunch up and you'll lose momentum. I do have to pull my shirt down every so often and I make sure it's over the beltline of my skirt so that it provides a smoother surface for the links to sit on. I am very happy with this investment! Im not seeing the scale decline yet, but I am certain I'm losing fat around my tummy and legs and gluts. I am most impressed with how it gets my heart rate up enough to leave me sweating after 20 minutes! And it gives me the energy to last longer! I a medium size and there are plenty links for someone that would be a large size. The weighted bag is not to heavy but offers enough resistance to keep you powered up as you hula. Seriously a great product!

I bought the first one and it broke after a week. The wheels that spin the ball spinning lost a wheel. I accidentally ordered a second one so I started using it and it broke after 3 uses. You would think they'd come with replacement parts for the ball barrings since it's an important part of the thing. It's happened with another company now and I'm starting to think this is going to be expensive. The concept does help you lose weight but it is frustrating to have to keep skipping days waiting for another one to arrive. I was not using it improperly or overly. 30 minutes a day.

Sounds and looks simple to use but takes practise.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a really good quality product made of a good plastic, which is very easy to assemble and use. This was a surprise gift for my wife. Since she got it, she was using it on a daily basis. This hula hoop has an adjustable part and can fit to pretty much any waist. Compared to a "classic" hula hoop, this smart one is easier to keep on your waist along with having a massage at the same time. I would never assume that using of a gravity weight could make a change, but my wife really likes it. Will definitely recommend this product to my friends!

so it was easy to snap together, but the weighted ball gets hung and will not spin around with out hanging or stoping very frustrating. Thought about spraying it with WD 40 to see if it will help. the plastice inside where it spins is grinding off. I should have done more research before I bought it.

Nice quality and fast delivery. Looks like a great way to get some exercise and have fun at the same time. The colors are just what I wanted. It's easy to adjust, and even my 8-year-old son can do the hoops with it.

Easy to use just bad quality when your trying to use it it gets caught up in the inside

Easy to put together. Love using it and kids love watching me do it lol. You do need a good amount of space to do it in.
