Extremely good quality for the price!
I love these pants! I looked at very expensive hiking pants from well known brands, and I’m so glad I gave these a try. I was immediately impressed by the quality for the money. Are they ultralight? No. But are they stiff and plasticky? Also no. They are a great mid- to heavy duty pair of trousers for adventuring or working on outdoor projects.Quality: The material these are made from is extremely durable and abrasion resistant. The seams appear to be sturdy, as do the zippers, and waist button. I love how sturdy and secure the zippered pockets are. They are placed on the leg, hips, and seat of the pants. All the pockets are generous enough in size to be useful for stowing essentials securely with a phone sized pocket on the front thigh, and plenty of room for your whole hand in the hand warmer pockets.Fit:I am a small woman (5’1”/ 105lbs) and it is difficult for me to find pants that fit, are comfortable, and allow free movement. I bought an XS and they are *perfect* ~ they are long enough to cover the tops of my boots and stay there to prevent insects or poison ivy exposure. The legs taper with adjustable, durable Velcro, making it easy to keep the hem in place over multiple layers of socks/ boots in cold weather or to expose my ankles in warmer weather. I tried these over bare legs, but also with lightweight merino base layer leggings, as well as a thick, insulated fleece leggings; all fit well and are comfortable and allow a free range of motion in my hips and knees. The waist is somewhere between “high” and “mid” but I typically wear high waisted pants. The elastic at the back of the waistband helps hold the pants in place without a belt and without gaps or being too tight.I plan to use these for cool or wet weather hikes and outdoor adventuring. I have a pair of ultralight Fjallravens for hot weather, so these are more for durable rambling through dense brush and wet conditions without fearing that they will get torn up.If you’re on the fence (like I was) because you don’t know the Revolution Race name, go for the “Try Before You Buy” option and see what you think. I am duly impressed. As soon as I put these on, I felt like a badass and knew they would be going with me on my next outdoor adventure.

Great look in great quality
I don't like jeans but as a dog trainer I need pants that can withstand big dogs jumping at you with their nails. I am also living in the desert so I needed pants that aren't too warm but breathable. These are perfect! There stretchy parts at knee and butt make them more comfortable. But the rest of the pants is sturdy material. I put it to the test and whether it be dogs slobber or wet paws, it definitely is water resistant and hold up to the big dogs jumping at me. There are also great for hikes!I tried on size Large first and it would have fit, if I wouldn't have a bit of a belly. I sized up and it's not too lose. So if you have a little bit more thighs or belly, make sure to size up to be comfortable.

I wanted to love these, I wanted them to fit
According to the size chart the largest size should've fit but it absolutely wasn't even close. Returned immediately, couldn't even pull them up past my hips and my husband who wears a size 36 tried them on and they were tight on him even... disappointed that they run small. I'm so sick of all these companies having larger sizes for men, but not for women. And if they do have larger sizes they're for huge people. I'm normal sized just Amazonian lol and I want to be sexy and hike dammit lolWould only recommend IF you size up!

I’m pleased! Size up tho!
These are solid pants! The fabric seems sturdy and heavy duty which I wanted. The stretch panels aren’t as stretchy as I’d have hoped for but I can still pop a deep squat. I can also (barely) layer a pair of thick leggings underneath if I wanted to layer. I have a big butt and muscular thighs and it’s a little tight around the rear but otherwise fits nicely. Deep pockets! SIZE UP. I’m usually a large and got an XL and that was a good choice. I wish the buttons that cinch the ankles were a little stronger but I like that I can adjust the ankles. Stoked on these!

Seem like a great pant
I finally found “baby bear”.. these are just right in the fit. I read some of these reviews so I ordered accordingly and ordered a size up. I am a small but ordered a medium since the reviews said they run small. Yeah nope. I don’t know about everyone else but if you are 5’1” and 120 pounds do not round a size up. Heck, don’t even go off your size. This is my 3rd pant I ordered from this company and finally found that the xs size reads like a 2-4.. I don’t want seal skin tight, I am using these for construction and pouring concrete but I wanted something that is fitted so I don’t have to constantly be pulling them up even with a belt or something that is baggy in weird areas. These XS size pants fit great. I can squat, bend, heck I can do a high kick in these bad boys. They seem like a great pant. I haven’t used them yet on the job site. That’s when the real test comes in but that’s another can of worms on it’s own. What I love is they are reinforced in the areas that matter most and are made for moving in them. Only complaint is they are a little too long in the leg. But no pants are made for little people. The rest of this female population are apparently giants so yes ladies 5’5” and above… these won’t be high waters on you!
