Gotta Go, Buffalo: A Silly Book of Fun Goodbyes (Lift-the-Flap)

It's just a fun book to read to our new grandson, and we have as much fun reading it as we try to remember all of the rhyming words. The illustrations are perfect. It's good to read to your child and we love this book and totally recommend it to anyone who enjoys fun rhymes. Our grandson is probably too young now to appreciate, but the fun and laughter of reading it to him certainly has to have a positive impact and will only get better as he gets older.

This is a very clever and fun book of goodbyes. I am an early childhood teacher and this is perfect for the start of school as children learn to say goodbye to loved ones for the day. I have also used this as a gift for baby showers and new arrivals - it is a great vocabulary booster, super illustrations and interactive since it is a lift the flap sort of book. PS - I could only choose one age but depending upon your family and child, I think it is great for 2-5

This book is awesome! Great for kids of all ages. We used it in for an 11 yr. old boy who was moving to another state. All of his friends, family and neighbors each signed it, which made for the perfect gift & a memorable keepsake that he can treasure for the rest of his life. The boy teared up when he read all of our messages; he loved it! This book replaced the need for different families to purchase greeting cards that get lost or thrown away... Plus, the pop-ups on each page made an interesting & fun way to sign it AND to read. (Colored permanent markers worked perfectly with zero smudging.) Five stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My granddaughter loves this book! At age 4, we use the phrases in this book when we say goodbye to her. This is a great book for a baby shower or toddler gift! I have purchased several for gifts.

This book is a great book to read as all the goodbyes rhyme with animals. Illustrations are colorful and sweet.

My daughter loves this book. It is so cute and she is already starting to memorize it. However, I only gave 4 stars because the flaps tear easy and aren't the most toddler friendly. We have to read this one supervised, so she doesn't destroy it, haha! Other than that, we love it.

My toddler loves this book. Before we had it he already enjoyed saying "see you later alligator, in a while crocodile" with his daddy so I thought he might like to add more silly sayings to his repertoire! And he does! It's a large hardback book, big sized 'lift the flaps' that reveal the animal which completes the phrase on each page. My son's favourite is "see you soon big baboon" :) On the last page instead of a silly goodbye phrase it has a really sweet/cute one instead which was a nice unexpected surprise. When my son says this one before he leaves/goes to bed etc it makes me want to cry because it's so lovely! I won't spoil it for you though.

I purchased this as a gift for our daycare provider when we left. It is quite large with lovely pictures. I might buy one for my kiddo.

Just received this book and it was damaged. It wasn't even wrapped; just laying in the bottom of the box. It is the book I order but very disappointed that it is damaged before even using it!!
