I recently decided to splurge on this sunscreen, and let me tell you, it is worth every penny! I'm sensitive to many scented products - gives me a headache. This sunscreen goes on great, turns clear when you rub it in, has a very mild, mineral scent. I bought this for surface time when scuba diving. It says it's reef friendly.

Considering how few sunscreens are reef-safe, this is a good sunscreen. But it leaves a white cast every day, especially around parts of the face with more hyperpigmentation. I have medium to dark brown skin, so there is a white cast, easily covered by a light layer of makeup but still annoying. It's possible to reduce the cast with more moisturizer but I was concerned that would compromise the sun protection. It is a drier formulation, so moisturize well before applying. This bottle has lasted me a little over a year -- although I don't use much every day. If you have fairer skin, I highly recommend it. If you have darker skin, are looking for an eco-friendly sunscreen, and don't mind a light white cast, I do recommend this.

3 of us used this for a week long trip to Maui. Not a burn in sight. Rubbed in easily with minimal smell. Great product at a reasonable price.

I'm on my 8th tube of this since summer of 2023. I was looking for something clean, non-toxic and natural. The reviews are all correct. I use it every time I'm in the sun, I never burn. It goes on great, no white film left on my skin and protects for hours. I'll keep using it! Great product!

It is a tad thick but rubs in smoothly and doesn't leave any white residue on my skin. It protected me this summer while in Key West so it definitely works! It is the first mineral-based sunscreen I have used and I am very pleased with it. It did not burn my skin when applying (unlike the chemical sunscreens that always burn for the first few minutes after application).

It is very liquid and runny. You need a fan or be in an arid area to dry. I suggest towing off any monitor o your body before applying the sunscreen. Recommend reapplying every hour. It washes off easily.

Wow, this sunscreen is amazing!! I bought this for my vacation to Aruba and was worried it wasn’t going to work. I was so wrong; it worked so well! It’s the easiest to rub in mineral sunscreen I’ve ever used!!

I was looking for a reef-safe, chemical-free sun protection option and thought zinc cream would be the only option. After some brief research I went with this and used it in the sun/water recently. It’s as good as anything I’ve used, lasts as long as others, has a very neutral scent and no residue. Highly recommend.

I went to Maldives with this and it really protected my face from the strong sun very well, I did not get any sun burn at all

I was looking for a clean sunscreen and you have no idea how hard it is. This one fulfills my checklist for everyday use with low to moderate outside time. It spreads easily and absorbs quickly, doesn't make my skin feel oily, also the white cast isn't noticeable on my pale skin but most of all it doesn't pill when applying makeup on top. The smell is very mild. I read some reviews that said it doesn't protect all that much under the blazing sun. I'll have to test that this summer, but so far no issue.

Very water resistant, works great for active kids.

I'm light to medium skintone, I'm not even that dark but this does still have a visible white cast on me. However, if I use a pigment, like the drunk elephant d-bronzi, this fixes the white cast. It's a little thick, so it takes some time to work it in, but so far I'm pleased. It doesn't feel too heavy, it wears well and it's easy enough to reapply throughout the day. It is a bit sticky after it dries, so I'm not sure how it would wear under makeup, I'll probably use another sunscreen for makeup days. But overall, this is the best mineral sunscreen I've tried.
