Manufacturer is working with me to refund my money. Horrible odor they are discovering and sending samples to lab to find out why. They don't recommend replacing just yet, as they don't know cause and all shipments will have same problem. To notify me when corrected. They make incredible products. I've used shampoo and body gel for years. This was a shock. But, be faithful and wait for them to fix the problem. They will.

Though there are better ones out there, the conditioner works pretty well. Unfortunately, it smells like minty cheese. Not a scent I generally want for my hair. My dog wouldn't quit trying to chew my hair. Ha!

It works just fine, but the smell is very unpleasant

I use to Love this conditioner before I even applied it to hair because of the yummy Minty Scent as soon as I squirted onto the palm of my hand. I could feel my dry course hair turn Soft and Moisturized Immediately ... But, NOW it immediately leaves my hair feeling even more dry and with No feeling or look of moisture. Also , the Minty Scent does NOT smell as yummy as before ... it's smells like Chemicals with a slight spray of a strange Mint. 1st time disappointed in 3-1/2 years.

I love the fact that it’s less plastic and recyclable but the smell is revolting and it doesn’t detangle my long hair. I have to use leave in conditioner to be able to brush out my hair

Ive been using the conditioner for about a month now and I wanted to wait a bit to use it more to give a review. I understand that this product is all natural and doesnt contain silicones or waxes to thicken it. But when I squirt some of the conditioner into my wet hand, it essentially dissolves into water. This has no weight or thickness to it. I swear it disappears before it even gets in my hair. It has a cleansing agent high up in the ingredient list so that may be why. But I cant use this on its own, I have to mix it with a thicker conditioner. I have thick and dry hair and this doesnt work for my hair at all. I love the scent and the ingredients looked really promising. The only people I see this working for is people with oily or thin hair. I had really high hopes for this and if it didnt basically turn into water into my hand, it would probably be a really good conditioner for my hair.

I bought this product after searching for a GF shampoo/conditioner because I was having scalp issues as I can't eat wheat, etc and my hair in general was really flat. I have fine thin hair but I have a lot of it and the conditioner I was using was just weighing it down, even the "volume" type was a total fail. It's like I have new hair, it's so much more manageable. I wasn't sure about the smell at first because I primarily like fruity conditioner or shampoo, but I do like it and it's not strong when it's rinsed out. The conditioner I would recommend to leave on longer than you would for a normal conditioner, at least a few minutes. It does work better when it's on longer. It rinses out really nicely. I will definitely reorder!

I received my two Amazon orders, of one Puracy shampoo and one Puracy conditioner, on May 4th.At the time the shampoo and conditioner set for $20.99 was not available so I paid a total of $27.22.Today is June 22nd - it's been about six weeks since I started using the hair products.During the first few washes I struggled to lather the products into my hair and rinse the product out afterward. I figured it was just that my hair had been used to the toxic products and just needed to adjust. Well now it's been long enough that I realize I will have to find another use for the shampoo and conditioner (cleaning the toilets and sinks?). I just spent over thirty minutes in the shower RINSING my hair from all the buildup that's collected on my scalp over the last six weeks. I used my long nails to literally SCRAPE my scalp and hair at and near the roots until I was too tired to continue. Judging by the way my hair feels now that it's almost completely dry, I'll have to go through this rinsing routine several more times before being buildup free.The scent of this shampoo and conditioner remind me of castile soap, but a very light version of the scent. I'm sure you could add any essential oils you like for a scent you enjoy.Personally I am very disappointed with this product and upset that I had to spend almost $30 on the set only to use it as some sort of cleaner for my home instead.

The conditioner plus shampoo made my hair really soft after few weeks usage. However it does not help with frizz control.

The bottle was in a very bad condition . It seems like it's a used product.
