Very Solid. Good range of adjustment up and down. I wish there was some way to adjust the squareness of the rim to the court. How plumb and square the rim is depends soley on how well the post base was set. one little mistake and that is that. But this is a really nice hoop. Looks great, works great, worth the money.

I have a tendency to over research big ticket items. This purchase was no exception. I was almost persuaded by fancy marketing of other brands like Mega, ‘Rilla, and the likes. However, I landed on this one because of my own hands on review as well as my brother’s experience with his. He has had one for 20+ years. It is still rock solid. It’s just crazy how well it has held up out in Midwest weather all these years. That plus a gaggle of kids participating in dunk contests over the years.Now the only thing to keep in mind with this purchase from Amazon is the shipping. It was somewhat slow. It arrived in great condition. However, it did not arrive in one shipment. I received the glass, rim and supports in one delivery. Then the pole and ground anchor are arriving here in the next few days. This would make scheduling an install troublesome.** Update: The pole and ground anchor just arrived yesterday. They arrived with damaged to the paint while in transit and/or at the CEVA Logistics warehouse facility for two weeks. It chipped and rubbed the paint bad enough that it will require replacement to prevent corrosion. Please note that even with the impact, the pole structure remained unharmed. Again, it is a beast. Very high quality product. Too bad I cannot say the same about the 3rd-party logistics provider Amazon has chosen to partner with on these shipments.

Best hoop out there! Great for my 3 boys. Lowers down enough for my 3 year old to shoot on it! Totally recommend this hoop!!
