Great Toolbox/Rolling Cart/Shop Stool
First, I don't do many reviews (I should due to how heavily I personally rely on them). I am taking the time to do this review because of the quality of the product and the customer service provided by the seller. I ordered The Beast Shop Stool on July 18, 2022 and waited to complete the review until I had used it several times. I used the stool over several days while completing a vehicle restoration project and being frustrated by my old stool. The stool was used outside on concrete with several expansion joints. I'm 51 yrs old, 5'-11" and 240lbs. I have also had knee surgery. Pros: - Very sturdy. The stool is very solid and does not flex when shifting positions and rolling around. - Comfortable. The seat is comfortable, the low backrest works great and the adjustable seat height is awesome. - Tool Drawer is large. The tool drawer has a removable tote that is easy to remove and has adequate storage. - Drink and Drill holders are a nice addition. - Value. For what you get I believe the cost is justified. - External bit storage is nice. - Foldable side shelves allow for extra storage but fold to get into tighter places. - Quality casters that roll easily. Concrete expansion joints didn't cause any issues with rolling. - Customer service. I contacted the seller with a question and received a prompt response. A+ Cons: It's hard to come up with cons. These are more nit-picky things. - Drawer capacity. As stated above the drawer is large and smaller items can be hard to locate. For my use, I would love the option to have two separate drawers. A smaller top drawer for wrenches and screwdrivers and a larger bottom drawer for larger items. - Lacks external screw driver storage. Being able to have a couple of screw drivers immediately accessible would be great. - Locks (maybe pins) on the folding shelves would be a great addition. I knocked each shelf loose once dropping everything on them on the ground. The ability to lock the shelves in the open position would be very helpful. - One of the most expensive stools out there. Conclusion: This stool is awesome. It is very heavy duty and will last a lifetime. Customer service is great. I like quality tools (this IS a tool) and believe the stool is worth the cost. I would buy it again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Easy to assemble and versatile
Always looking for more storage so storage in a rolling seat seems genius in retrospect. Pleased with the solid frame, features, and comfort of the seat. Perfect for a workshop or garage.

Quality unit but way overpriced
I admit the two things that convinced me to buy this instead of a cheaper unit were the reviews about the castors NOT breaking, and the cup holder. Yeah, for real. As everyone else says, the side trays do sometimes snag your heel as you stand up and unlatch, tossing your tools all over the place and leading one to mutter naughty words under your breath. Or perhaps out loud. But I still find them very useful and am slowly learning to be more cautious about where my feet are when I stand up. The cup holder is awesome. The cordless drill holder is awesome. Surprisingly, the tool drawer which I expected to use most is the feature I’ve not used at all. The wheels are smooooooooth and big enough to roll over cords if need be. Swivel easily, very sturdy. Seat pad is good so far (2 weeks of daily use) for my 185 lb mass and the cat seems to prefer that spot, too. Seat height is adjustable but I’ve kept it at the lowest setting and it’s still higher than I’d prefer. I’m also tall (6’2”) which has an effect. At the lowest setting my head is right at 4 ft. Construction seems good and instructions are simple. It would be easy to over-torque the nutserts they use for built-in fasteners so go easy when you bolt it together. The blue is pretty and matches the other decor in my garage. I know you cared about that fact. All that said, it’s way overpriced. The competition sells around $100 vs $300 for this, and honestly I would not buy it again BECAUSE it’s easy to buy a plastic cup holder and screw it onto a cheaper roller seat. Don’t regret the purchase but for the price the drawer should have bearing slides and a latch, the side trays should have clips to latch them in position, and the seat pad should be another inch thicker.

came dented on the end
The product seems okay but not worth the $299. I would say it is worth $225. It does seem sturdy and goes together fairly easily. The design seems functional. i will write back after I use it some

Way way too small and uncomfortable and hard to use
It's way too small trying to spread your legs to open the drawer to get to any tools especially the ones behind you like your drill that goes in the little holder clearly I thought it was going to be bigger and when you try to push or pull yourself around with your feet it wants to drag you off the seat Way smaller than I envisioned looking at the picture not satisfied at all

Comfortable Strong and great storage space.
Highly recommend! Pros: comfortable, good storage space, seems strong. Cons: can't go as low to the ground as some other similar products.

Great addition to shop
This was worth the price. The seat is comfy. The larger rubberized castors roll well but don’t slip on epoxy flooring. The storage is reasonably sized. My only complaint is the bit holes by the cup holder are too large, bits move around too much.
