Cargo trailer to Camper conversion steps
19 inch height perfect to step into our Camper without interfering with opening the door, once in place. Very sturdy yet lightweight. We both weigh around 250# and found the steps felt solid underfoot. The non- slip strips in picture will be an added benefit when wet from rain. I like items that can serve many purposes and the steps will also be used to get up in our truck bed.

Very sturdy stair case.
I bought for coming in and getting off a trailer. However, during very hot weather the top pedestal can become weak. But only during 96 plus weather. Otherwise it is sturdy.

Step flex when standing on stool
Even though this product is rated for 500 lbs, the step flexes contributing to an unsteady feeling when a 200 lb person stands on it.Yes, the polyethylene step may be able to to support up to 500 lbs. However, it yields too much with less than half that load to feel safe.Repeated flexing of plastics can cause them to eventually work-harden and become brittle enough to break under load.
