Fantastic addition to my kitchen arsenal. My first attempt was to make tofu noodles. A total hit with the guys!

Poor quality, and bad service, no return policy, wish your business go to the hell

It was great for cutting into noodles, but if you’re trying to wrap it up into a vegan drumstick it is a little bit thick. There also aren’t that many pieces per bag.

These were interesting. The layers were much thicker than what I'm typically accustomed to using for dim sum. I think the layers fused together. From a visual standpoint, it wasn't exactly what I'd call appealing. The texture & thickness reminded me of dehydrated peritoneal lining in a cadaver more than tofu skin. If it wasn't for the scent of the soy beans/tofu, I'm not sure someone would want to cook with it. Perhaps spraying a layer of nonstick oil, or using butcher paper, or rice paper, or even sheets of agar agar, or kombu between the dried sheets of tofu might keep the layers from adhering.

Came all broken to pieces cant used it to wrap my kikiam .. disappointed ☹️

I love this product. I do want to warn you that you have to read Japanese. Otherwise, you'll have to look up preparation instructions on the web.

I received the package in to pieces , broken unable to use it .

Thin and hard to work with.
