After hard workouts, I choose this electrolyte supplement to replenish the loss, sodium and magnesium. It has a slightly salty taste due to the amount of sodium. The zero sugar is a plus as well as improvides maximum hydration.

I mix one packet a day with water in large mug. Stays mixed well, but I add splash of cola & ice to tone down a bit salty taste. It has helped me have way less leg cramps at night. Price is less compared to other hydration drinks.

I am on my feet literally for hours at a time because of my work. And this is great for quenching thirst and bringing electrolytes. The quality is obviously there. The taste is just not great. Even with filtered water and so forth.

Taste great. A lot cheaper than pedialyte. The powder form allows you to stretch it out and dilute it to fit your tastes
