Beautiful and solid knife! Pleasure to work with. Good for mid/small size work. It’s might be small to work with meat or fish.

It’s fabulous
It’s fabulous, beautiful forged and to look at, well made, sharp, balanced in the hand, pure luxury after managing with a dinner table steak knife for too long…but back at the ranch (!) I’m used to wusthof and henckels so I do know knives. It’s a beautiful knife. Beautifully packaged too.
