Review: I had brought this product for several reasons. - I'm a Ken Sugimori fan that loves pokemon! - It was on sale - Body-kun/Chan figures tend to sell out fast and are very hard to find from an authentic seller! This figure is also from the actual manufacturer, so you can be assured that you're getting the real deal! Pros: • Your figure comes with several accessories(I love the hat) and a display stand that can actually hold most of the items and additional stand pieces. If you have Body-kun, you even swap acccessories! • It has a wide range of motion with flexible joints, while still maintaining an aesthetically pleasing design(I was very impressed the joints for the knees, waist and feet!) • Compared to the figma line series, this figure has a body type that is a cross between the og figma archetype and the new archetype design(shown in pic above) Cons: • The items provided for Body-chan are little lackluster in my opinion. The hat and bag is nice, but the phone/tablet is just a flat square, which has difficulty staying in the hand. I think if she had the fishing rod Body-kun had, it'd be perfect. The binoculars also needs two hands to be used as well. • The stand cannot hold all the additional pieces you receive. While all the accessories can, the clamp piece for the stand cannot, but I like use the back piece instead. • This is in grayscale, I really wish there was a flesh color • There is no pokeball accessory! I feel like this should've been a given, considering how much work he did for the series, but as the figure is only based on his style it's understandable. Overall: This is an excellent figure for artists or collectors alike. I will personally be using this for drawing/sculpture references. I'd also recommend getting the Body-kun version as well for the accessories and to pose together. These kind of figures go out of stock often and there's so many bootleg sellers out there trying to profit.
