I was hesitant to order with the other reviews saying it came crushed so I was pleasantly surprised to see it came in a box and was completely unharmed! It fits my head fine and will work for what I need it to.This doesn't bother me at all but I also figure if I'm writing a review it might as well have more info than anyone who needs! I will note that is is smaller than my felt cowboy hat if you are expecting it to have a wide brim and a tall crown. It doesn't bother me but it might look a little funny/disproportional if you've got a big head lol.

I liked the hat in the picture and that’s why I ordered it. It should have been shipped in a box rather than a bag because it’s crushed and unwearable.

The hat was what we wanted and it was decent quality

I was unable to use this because it was slightly crushed when it arrived. If you're not too particular about a little crunch, it would be okay to use.

Great product.Too bad they ship with companies that destroy them.I love these hats but it takes a few shipments to get one undamaged.

Box was crushed. Opened it to find the hat was crushed too. So much so it was coming apart in places and I had to tuck in the straw.
