I have 2 other hand vacuum cleaners. The crevice tools are way too big. The Dirt Devil is crevice tool is slender to get between the cushions on the couch and recliners. Very handy for car and trucks. Run time is adequate for small jobs. Better than most.

This is a great little handheld vacuum. I use it especially to pick up scattered kitty litter and in my car as well. The pull down nozzle works so well on my carpeted steps getting in corners and in between the steps. Great value, my second purchase, as I have one on each of my floors in my house. Strong suction, easy to clean. Very happy with purhcase.

I love how convenient it is for all my animals hair balls on the floor and litter. But its not powerful enough for the couch clean up. And battery life is short.

Bought it to catch crickets for my sons Chamaeleon. It’s perfect!! Doesn’t kill the bugs and sucks them right up. Good for small jobs, but the suction power is very low. Cannot use it for upholstery.

I opened my tea bag and it spilled on my carpet . What a better time to try out my new hand vac right ?? I posted the video so you guys could see and it does a pretty decent job. I got it because although I love my dog... I hate her hair all over my car. So it’s quick and easy to use for that ! The power button is hard to switch off and on for some reason as you could see (super minor issue) and the suction isn’t that bad for quick clean ups. Really can’t complain about it not being immaculate. Get it and I think you won’t be disappointed, because it does what it’s supposed to for small messes. Also the clean up is super easy , just pop the top , dump the dust out, and continue with your day. All you have to do is wipe the filter and inside if you have used it a few times .

I had been really wanting a handheld vacuum for vacuuming cheerios out of the car seat and quick pick ups on the floor. I’m sorely disappointed with this vacuum. I didn’t see anything on the website or on this item’s page about length of battery life, so I wanted to put it here so you’re informed if you’re researching like I was. I just talked to customer service for Dirt Devil because I thought something was wrong with my vacuum because of the short span it would stay charged. I was informed that it takes 6 hours to fully charge and you will only get 10 minutes of run time from it. I just timed it and tested it and it made it 10 minutes and 26 seconds. Also if you leave it plugged in (like most things) it will make the battery life run time even shorter. I wish I had known that beforehand and could have put my money towards something that would last a little longer. If you have a little spill, make sure you have 6 hours to charge before you’re able to do a quick clean. (I don’t ever write reviews for things, but felt passionate about you being able to save your money and put it towards something that actually works unless this is what you’re looking for!)

I noticed that some of the reviewers were giving poor reviews for the suction power. What is likely happening is that the plastic/paper filter is clogged. This happens fast for me, and the first time I emptied it, I didn't realize there WAS a paper filter. Guess I should have read the instructions. Once I pop that paper filter out & clean it, the vac goes back to full suction power. As far as battery life, expecting one 3.7V 18650 Li-Ion cell (which is my guess as to what is in this vac) to power it for 30 minutes is just idiotic. Vacuum cleaner motors need a lot of juice to create suction. The people making these complaints should have done their research & purchased the more expensive model (which has more battery capacity). If you can deal with a 10 minute maximum amount of operation time, this is an awesome vacuum.

I haven't had a cordless Dirt Devil in years, and this one is superb. I am elderly and have arthritic fingers but can use it fine. It has excellent suction and is easy to clean. The on switch is a little tight but I learned to push it with two fingers. For the average use it would not even be an issue. A nice product. Just don't buy it for a vacuum cleaner because it's just for small jobs. If you have a dog that sheds a lot , for instance, you need a real vacuum. This is hand-held and for small jobs. It works well for that purpose. I recommend.

Terrible supplier. Item was broken on delivery. Very poor customer service from Amazon when asking for a refund. They wanted my time and effort for free, for a problem I didn't cause. Have cancelled my subscription. Don't have any faith in a company that promotes suppliers and patronises its customers.
