Cold Packs, Space Saving.
The three 10"x13" cold packs come dry for shipping weight savings. Simple instructions printed on the product packaging; add water, cork, cap, freeze and use. I decided to use distilled water as my preference. I am figuring that any impurities in tap water could shorten the life of the product, just my thought. It only took approximately one U.S. gallon to fill those three packs to the marked fill line. Over night freeze, which was easy and very compact in the over the refrigerator freezer. They stack flat to freeze evenly, even in our very full freezer with many odd shaped food bags & containers. The cold packs kept the crushed ice, food & beverages cold on our boating excursion. The ice chest was an ordinary Igloo brand, not one of the super high end super coolers. Outdoor temperatures were over 100 degrees Fahrenheit in the shade. Cold packs were used for eight hours resulting with one pack being cold liquid, second pack was cold and slushy, and the third pack was cold and very firm. Much of the crushed ice was still frozen and I promptly returned along with the cold packs to my freezer for another trip. I do feel that the cold pack assisted in keeping the ice frozen longer. I would recommend these for keeping the ice frozen longer or the packs could easily be used instead of ice reducing water build up in the ice chest. - Scott

Much better distribution than thick ice packs, but heavier than standard size
I bike to grocery stores an hour away in 82+ degree temps. Although I have a good soft sided cooler, and used two large thick ice packs, there were too many warm spots, and these ended that problem. One on the front, one on the back and one on top, and two smaller sized thin ones on either side and everything is like being in a very cold fridge an hour later after being transported in 82 degrees. Refrigerated food was colder than when it went in, frozen food was about the same. Three hours after removing them from the freezer (an hour there, an hour in the store, an hour back), all ice packs are still solid. Note that these are heavier than the standard large size igloo ice packs: 3lbs vs 2.5lbs each. Some of my problem was solved by the fact that I am carrying 12 lbs of ice vs 5, the large but thin form factor makes them unobtrusive, while completely surrounding the food. So they protect the food from the outside heat while absorbing a little heat from the food, and don't get in the way. When I tried carrying just three igloo ice packs, I usually found I couldn't fit the third one. 3 of these plus 4 more smaller and thin ones all fit easily along the outside edges.

Perfect for Cambro
These work great in our Cambro to keep meat cold over night before cooking the next morning . Definitely purchasing more

Good product
I’m not sure if these would stay cold all day but I love their large size and how affordable they were. Used them in a waterproof insulated lunch box on the lake on a windy and cloudy afternoon for about 4 hours. The ice was almost completely melted by then but still very cold at least. Worth the buy for sure.

Cold and Compact
These are great. They kept my items cold in my cooler for 12 plus hours on a road trip. The are way better than the wasted space that ice takes up.

Perfect water based coolers for the outdoors
These coolers are awesome! I assumed these were similar to igloo brand packs so I was a bit surprised when I realized you fill them with water and "cork" them on your own to setup. Regarding the water fill, each pack has a small fill line in the upper left side of each cooler, since the plastic is flexible the line seems to be a bit off calibration. I'd recommend either applying slight pressure to the middle of the pack while filling to prevent water displacing or just about 2cm under the fill line. Either way should work. If you don't, the packs will be a bit bowed out once frozen which may or may not be a big deal but if space and form factor is your priority I'd advise following it. I used one in my non-insulated backpack, they fit perfect in the "laptop pocket" and kept my drinks and snacks as cold on my kayak as the day went on. Great cooler slabs for when space really counts.

Great for entertaining and space saving
These are awesome when hosting holiday gatherings. It always bothered me that we'd leave food like cheese, deli meats, fruits, etc. out on the counter for hours at room temperature. I put these underneath my serving dishes to help extend the food life. You just have to be careful not to overfill them and make sure they are flat when freezing. They also work great when packing coolers due to their size and shape. You can line the walls of the cooler without drastically reducing space available.

Literally worthless
All three of these leak, and not even just droplets. I can't even put them in the freezer because they're too tall to stand up with the cap on top and the water just runs out otherwise. Garbage.
