I like this brand . It is not expensive and it helps for my mild depression. I have used more expensive brands like Perika and others, more or less expensive ones, but they did not work better. With taking SJ'sW I don't have to be on a anti depressant. What I know about SJ'sW is - it helps only for mild depression, and it will not help everybody ! It depends on what the cause for the depression is. I was before on anti depressants who bump up serotonin in the brain. SJ'sW does that too. SJ'sW only takes the edge off, like the anti depressants did for me. That is all what I need to be ok. I'm sticking for now to this brand. BTW, I'm taking SJ's wort for 2 years now. No side effects for me. At least nothing I'm aware of. If you are a person who also suffers under anxiety - what helps me is conscious ' deep breathing ' when anxiety strikes. I have to say though, that since I started taking Nature's bounty, the anxiety feelings are way less frequent ! That is also why I like this specific brand. And I have no idea what makes it different from other brands. Must be the plants and specific parts from it, they make the pills from.
